A question. How do they act like they carried the team?
For all i know the group disbands after the game and there is no chat.

The last game I had a had the player who was just killing everything message me and say "Good job on doing absolutely nothing, You shouldn't be a purple tier 1 *laughing crying face*"

So I uninstalled the game and decided to come back to it recently because I truly love the game despite its flaws. Hell, I have even made a character concept for it which I have NEVER done. That being said, the MVP or featured player or whatever you wanna call it was, for the most part, a welcome addition. However, In the current state I have found that lately I have been teamed up with more and more aleph hungry kill teams. They gather aleph to get a 5 stack and just go on a mass killing spree and never help with the objects. Why? so they can get featured player and get their monthly reward up. Now don't get me wrong, I am known to hog my aleph every now and again but I also focus on the objective and know when I should use mine. Also I don't mind them getting featured player. I have every current character and gun, I don't need it. But I am getting slightly tired of doing everything while they get featured player and then them acting like they just carried the team. There is no team work anymore. Just kill hungry aleph hogs

Suggestions / Shae's Base Gun (Phax) Change?

So I already know people are gonna tell me to play with Dagan or whatever. But hear me out. I love the Phax. Its a powerhouse of a gun but it has a small issue that in my opinion makes the gun useless.

Phax's lock on is insane. The lock on time is long, however, with the damage it dishes out I feel it SHOULD be long. My issue with it is the fact that the lock on is so easily distracted. Here is the scenario: I, Shae with Phax, is aiming at an enemy. A different enemy walks in front or near the locked on target and makes the lock on START ALL OVER. The lock on is long and it should be but it shouldn't be interrupted like this. I love Phax but its unusable in its current state but no one is really talking about Shae.

This game will never truly be balanced. If you throw a bone to antagonist, people who play raider will complain. You throw a bone to raiders, people who play antagonist will complain.

Personally I feel the best way to "balance" is giving the antagonist an advantage but not too big of an advantage. Its 4v1 and sure you can argue "oh the antagonist has AI help!" or "The antagonist has an easier job!" but at the end of he day its not true.

I do agree destroying cards is annoying. The only reason I see why they would do this is to make it where players cant unlock every card within a month or so and giving players more time to play longer...however, it doesn't work that way its very tedious especially with the long wait periods. I mean I just got done building a card I really want that took 3 days but I want this other card too that requires me to destroy it. And that's from using the "fast" method.

Bug report & Technical Support / Game freezes after every match

So I have already sent a thing in game about this. This post is just to see if other are having this problem or if its just me? I deleted the game for awhile and just now got back into it. After every match the score screen freezes and I have to start over. I get my rewards and everything but I cant stay in groups. Am I the only one experiencing this?

I don't agree that there should be a "banhammer" every 4 weeks especially if it come to MMR levels. I am a purple tier 1 and I'm barely riding one the cusp of 40%-50% due to the current state of the game. As for throwing matches I also disagree with to a point. Yes, lowering MMR to have an easy win is cheap and honesty kinda dumb, what is even the point of playing if there is no challenge? However, Some people dislike playing antagonist but wish to get the extremely small points to go to the monthly award. For an example, if I am like a point or two away from the next monthly award I will just throw an antagonist mission sense even losing will give me a 1.2 or sometimes a 2.2. I dislike playing antagonist because I enjoy the co-op aspect of playing raider. Again, I know people lower MMR to have easier missions in the long run and they should be punished.

I'll be honest, I didn't read the whole post because I felt it sorta repeated it's self in some parts (also sorry for referring to the post as "it" I don't know if the post maker is female or male), however, I wanted to add my two cents.

Personally, I fairly enjoy the card system. I feel as if I'm actually working towards something and not just buying junk to buy it. Plus I find the system of having a card locked until you buy the one before it is good for new comers. It allows players to experiment with builds rather than just finding the "best" builds and then not really testing anything else out. I mean that's why we have so many one punch Doldrens. Sure it was effective but it gets tiresome after awhile.

That being said I do have some problems with it...mostly the prices of rushing things. The most expensive character in the game is 180,000 (correct me if I'm wrong...don't exactly remember). Granted that is gold and we use talent points to buy the cards. However, to rush a card you have to spend some INSANE amount of gold, way more than any raider...that doesn't make sense to me. The wait time should be addressed to but personally I don't mind. As for the destroying past cards for new ones I don't mind but I can see how others find it tedious or annoying but it is a step in the right direction.

Hello Mister Ojuel <3 Hope your having an amazing day.

I find the officer elites bombs are way easier to avoid now. Don't get me wrong the old system wasn't that great, however, them having that slight advantage would help the antagonist (if there was one) out sense adds mostly just work as a distraction. It could also be a MMR scaling issue which I have heard rumors about it hopefully being fixed soon so I would say wait till then to make any more changes to the add behavior. Also granted all of my testing with this new system has mostly been on Wardogs but I don't imagine that changes anything.

This is purely from an antagonist point of view as well. I haven't really played much raider lately. I have played like one or two games and I still don't treat them as a threat anymore.

Like MapacheLunar said. I keep my MMR in a reasonable range of 40s, 50s, and sometimes low 60s. However, when I get an antag their MMR is so low that the mission is cranked up to the point where antagonist don't even have to spawn in. I legit spawned played a game where the antagonist Lycus didn't spawn. He called his troops but that's all he had to do. Keep in mind I was playing as a Konstantin with Dual battery and I was getting two shoot.

Also while playing as an antagonist its easy mode. Why? Because my MMR is either higher OR THE SAME. At 48% MMR I found players who were exactly 48% but the mission difficulty was 2%. I had a game where the mission difficulty was -% while fighting against a bunch of tier 1s. That was the day I quit playing antagonist all together.

I'll admit I am not an amazing antagonist but the problem isn't my skill. Elites are suppose to be stronger enemies and frankly my biggest issue is with the Officer elites. The snipers are basically the same and the melee ones are fine I guess? They were never really a big issue. Just shot them a bunch.

So I wanna make one thing clear. These changes are great...for raiders. It makes the elites easier to kill and therefore not a major issue on the battle field. So what the problem? Well playing as an antagonist is the problem. Unless an antagonist player drops their MMR to stupidly low percentages, the antagonist has little to no help. I am all for antagonist winning on skill but having a 1 v 4 isn't fun.

Yes, there is no real reason to play antagonist anymore but some players enjoy it. MSE your slowly taking away motivation for players who enjoy playing antagonist. I get its a new system and changes will be made but in its current state...its one sided and frankly a lot of changes has been.

Are...are you serious?

Sooma is FAR from overpowered. She isn't underpowered but she defiantly isn't overpowered. You could have killed Sooma first, you could have shot the raiders twice, you could have focused anyone who didn't have a shield on them, Etc.

Stop going into the forums and claiming certain raiders/weapons being overpowered when they aren't. That is how we get nerfs to things like The Whip and Hive's entire kit.
