Gameplay Feedback / Re: Aneska weapons are horrible ...
 on: May 21, 2019, 11:12:48 PM
… They're not bad, …

… but not really good either.

I mean Aneska looks cool, the idea (and only the idea) of her mech is great, but why should someone voluntarily torment himself (e.g. using the invicta, where you have to study mathematics in order to use it efficiently), if someone can just simply choose another raider with a weapon to be used more easily and MOST IMPORTANTLY, more efficient?

Why is she hardly ever chosen? Because gameplay-wise the character is simply lacking in every way and is in dire needs of changes.

I mean her weapons are already difficult enough to use anyway, then you should not be able to shoot yourself in the foot, at least.  ;)

Well, it's like these things, …

… you never know what you'll get. Have experienced everything I think, from easier than easy to hard as hell. It's almost as if it were pure coincidence (like the bp roll)!? But what do I know? Is probably just crazy mmr!?  ::)

… when the month ends you'll recieve random BPs for characters you already own.

Hopefully duplicates are not possible (as long as I have free bp-slots)!? Please, they're not, are they?

Gameplay Feedback / Re: Aleph & Ammo Auto Collect
 on: May 14, 2019, 10:53:51 PM
Thanks for your reply MSE_Ojuel, I am not really satisfied with the current aleph drop system in the game and I do not enjoy playing it so much anymore, but of course I like the game as a whole I'm looking forward and I hope the game will change again for the better in the near future.

You do know that this is the official forum, right? Where else should people give feedback, tell their concerns and wishes, if not exactly here. The forum was created for exactly these purposes.

If you do not want to read any criticism or anything negative about this game, then check out the official Twitter account, there are probably only positive things to read about the game.  ;)

Yes they always keep saying the changes are based on community feedback, but I haven't heard or read anywhere that anyone would have wished this bad Aleph collection method, that we have right now.
I'm not saying that they shouldn't change or improve the game, if something doesn't work well - but it worked great the way it was? So, why change it to the worse?

What I meant is we're evolving the system into something different to its current state.
So, people who don't like the system as it is will be able to try something different (and hopefuly, better) when the next update kicks in. :)

Ok, "evolve the system into something different" (if you want/need to), but first revert the aleph collecting back to the state before the update (keep the ammo drops if you insist), because otherwise we have to deal with this aleph-nonsense for the next couple of months!  :-\ :'( :o

… It doesnt slow the game down at all (at least for me). …

So for me it slows down the game a lot, because I do not get so fast from melee fight to melee fight anymore, because I always have to pick up my aleph or ammo, which is always to be found somewhere behind me, and that for sure costs extra time and further, it's just annoyingly flow breaking.

Gameplay Feedback / Where are the daily Rare blueprints?
 on: May 13, 2019, 03:34:09 PM
Can we have some daily rare blueprints back, please? I can't remember seeing one, since the new update got released? I mean they are of course rare blueprints, but they shouldn't be that rare, right?

Gameplay Feedback / Re: Points for ‘Survival’
 on: May 10, 2019, 10:52:57 AM
Survival is the phase when your team has lost all its lives and the timer starts to run, if you never reach that stage (because you didn't loose all you lives) you will not be credited for that stage, it's a bit wierd, but that's how it works I think!? It should be the other way around, getting credited for not reaching this stage, right!?

It's the same wierd thing like having to play multiplayer games to unlock the training mode, very strange decisions?

Oh yes, I'm really more annoyed than pleased with this whole new update.

I don't agree at all with what they did with Konstantin's Tsiklon, it stops firing before it launches the rocket. In the heat of battle, I often stop firing, because I think I have overheated it. It's probably only a matter of time, until I get used to it again, but it's annoying as hell.

Gameplay Feedback / Re: Why aleph drops cripple the game
 on: May 09, 2019, 07:23:36 PM
As it were with the updates before, one step forward and two steps back.

An MVP feature in a team-based game is never a good idea, and if it's built in the way it is right now (counting only kills), seriously, not a good idea. Even now with the new adventurer mode, where everyone wants to have the highest scores - what were they thinking?

And of course the new aleph drops, oh boy!? It was fine (and most importantly, it was fun!!!) the way it was, I don’t know why they had to change it at all. This new drop-mechanic maybe useful for ammo drops, but certainly not for aleph drops! Maybe they didn’t notice because they do not REALLY play their own game - I don’t know that. But what I know is, if you play the game now, you're losing all momentum and you can’t make crazy combos any more, because you're always worried about getting the aleph, somewhere on the field BEHIND (!!!) you. That's just bad design compared to what it was before. MSE, please think again.

… but i had my aleph stolen right under my nose while i am in finisher animation... there like 0.5s delay before  you can move and anyone strolling by can pick it up before you, friend or foe.  …

It's awful, I've already stolen the aleph unintentional while passing by, and I've been robbed several times myself - it's just terrible right now.

Yes, this needs to change, revert it back, that would be best! And we pretend it never happend, everyone screws up at times.

Yes. Before they could get aleph and full health even at 5 stacks from a cqc kill on elites. Now you canot get aleph at 5 stacks which means no full heal. If I'm wrong, and cqc kills on elites/antags still grant health even if the raiders cannot pick up the aleph; then I will be glad to know that. But as far as I know aleph = heal and 5 stacks cannot pick up aleph.

Therefore changing the system to only drop excess aleph will still result in 5 stacks not healing from elite kills. IE if I have a 5 stack I am not motivated to go balls deep because I don't have the safety net of tagging an elite for heals.

+1

MSE you really have to look into this - this new game mechanic is killing the game for me!
