H.I.V.E blueprint bug?

I've played 4 games consecutives as hive trying to unlock her raceme blueprint but i keep getting her basic weapon blueprint (infected MM-6C). Is this a bug or just bad rng rolls?

really bad luck, raceme was the first weapon i got for hive.
