[Son_of_1000_Dingos]

I'm currently experiencing an issue where my raider rank has decreased by 1 point on two separate occasions going from 131 down to 129. (thus changing my overall rank from Pilot back down to Leader)

Oddly enough in the main menu it still shows as 131 but when looking at the leaderboard it displays as 129. I've confirmed with a friend that it's also displaying as 129 on his end. He is also experiencing the same issue, starting at rank 129 and dropping to 128

I was wondering if the rank system is currently glitched or if this is a deliberate change, thanks!

It would seem that locking in cards may be causing this issue. Every time you lock in a character or faction card it takes away a rank point.
 
A few friends and myself are further testing if this is the cause.
It would seem odd for this to be a feature, can I get any kind of conformation of this being a bug or a feature?
