Haven't had time to sit down yet to play the Beta, but just being on the menu (and doing things that shouldn't be demanding, like looking through the Quick Start) makes the PS4 get really hot and the fan running so fast that you'd think it was preparing to take off.
Normally it never gets this hot (and I live in a pretty chilly country as well). In fact I can't even remember the last time it happened (if it has ever happened?).
So something seems a bit off here.
Maybe it's just the menu that's wack, but I'll see if it's the same in a match later today. Either way it should probably get looked at.
