Survive Screen at end of Match

We had just successfully completed the SHOCK coop match. As I went back into the matchmaking lobby the Survive Screen 69.9 appeared on the bottom for a moment.

I am still seeing that screen at the end of SHOCK in coop. It appears for a moment. Survive Screen.
