Got Campaign access but still no skins

GT: Senketsu7.
So I am a Founders pack owner, and I finally have access to all of Council Apocalypse.
But I still dont have the the Elite skins I should have for buying the Founders Pack. If I understand the condition of owning the skin. Since I bought the founders pack, that should mean I "Unlocked" Council Apocalypse before the game relaunched as Spacelords.
