XBOX - not getting exclusive skins on spacelords launch

I have purchased the last 3 dlcs up to spacelords release but never got the exclusive skins, I personally purchased them and didn't get them through any form of family sharing, what am I doing wrong?

SAME. I still don't have my Elite skins after the Xbox fix. What's going on?
