Asking for a friend. Within my circle we have an American, German, and Bulgarian and two of us could find it. Our German friend cannot find it under the old or the new name. Couldn't find it while browsing just browsing in the FTP section either.
He's been able to find the PS+ skins but there is no entry associated with it and when he tried route to it from our activity it says it's unavailable.
