There should be some visual indication of players or queues or the like to give players feedback into why they are waiting and how long they are going to wait.
If you tell someone they are going to wait for about this, they are more likely to wait. The worst case scenarios are these: Player has no idea how long they are waiting for, waits for way too long and gets really annoyed and shelves the game (likely telling others about their sour experience); or, Player sees that there is no much doing and they will have to wait a longer than they want to so they quit the game instead to play something else. Both of these scenarios have players not playing RotBP, however, only one of these scenarios is almost guaranteed to end in a negative experience.
