I like how Warframe is a standard now for online free to play games. and even Tripla A games. Such a good game.

The reason the RNG in this game has such an impact is 2 things and that is "Content and Acquisition".

Content: Warframe has a shit ton more content than Spacelords. You can move on to different things in Warframe, if the grind for an item becomes too much. In Spacelords You only need to acquire 3 things blueprints, Gold, and faction points. In Warframe there is a grind for Primary weapons, Secondary weapons, melee weapons, resources, warframes, credits, standing, etc.

Acquisition: Almost everything in Warframe can be bought from their market. The only thing you can buy from the Spacelords market is the medallions to then use to buy skins or trade for large quantities gold. If MSE made it possible to buy weapons for actual money at reasonable prices and not  tweak RNG to push the micro transactions that could alleviate some of the dissatisfaction among players.

To compare Warframe to Spacelords is unfair. Considering one has a 5 year head start on the other.
But Warframe set a standard and other Game Developers should strive for that standard. To summarize, MSE needs to try to get more content out to divide our attention and make the acquisition of such content both enjoyable and reasonably difficult. (In my opinion)

Ohhhhh this sounds like great news. And a lot high praise for the community. I havent jumped on Spacelords all weekend. I got something to look forward to today. And cant wait for Duplicate blueprints for gold to be implemented. Thank you MSE.

Sounds like a good idea but PVP is already balanced in their favor. Even if an Antag loses they have a better chance of getting better rewards than the raiders. 

As an Antagonist your job is to stop the raiders. You are not part of the faction they are fighting. You are actually a third party player.

Good suggestion, but the PVP need some serious balancing b4 they should even think of implementing that.

Drow...Were you playing against a player called Spanta_Kofxx? Because i know exactly what you are talking about. I have faced that Valeria set up b4 and have come across that certain player a couple of times using that set up.

That being said the gun really needs to be tweaked. And i have a few suggestions. I think one of these would greatly affect the effectiveness of that gun.
1.Reduced spawn of octopus.
2.To be able to shoot through it. (i dont think you can shoot through the octopus ball)
3.Reduced damage.
4.Octopus ball can be destroyed.

That setup is extremely annoying and i hate it. I have beaten it but only with a Harec witch is extremely hard and A Lycus paired up with a character with high Health. ie Hive or some from Hades division.

Yea MSE just copy what DE does, Dev Streams every few weeks on twitch. It'll be nice to here you guys clarify on certain aspects of the game that would be too long to explain in a forum. Plus I would like to see Karen and Hellath.  I want to see you guys rocking the hair cuts of Valeria and Lycus. lol

Sorry MSE. I read that whole address and didnt understand one bit of it lol. Not your fault, im not a programmer in anyway shape or form. But i did understand "high MMR players will have better rewards". That is what I want to hear.

Its great to see 2 guys on opposites sides of an argument come together to challenge and snuff out that level of toxic behavior and disrespect. Hopefully the Devs see this and thank you guys personally I gotta say thank you as well.

Regarding the forums,  we know they are reading our posts because they comment one them. Just saying a few words to let us know theyre there is reassuring. They have to read thousands of post a day. They can't possibly be expected to answer them all.

@Draco touching on warframe community. I  read an article a couple of weeks back ,about how the community was concerned for the devs. Saying they will wait longer for new content if it means the team stays healthy .

That being said good job guys. @Hellath I like how you came to smite the evil. Keep up the good work.
Look forward to your next update.

Wow never thought id see one of these posts. I like the support for the Antagonist.  But the game is already unbalanced as is. And your tipping it further towards the Antagonist side. 

Real quick Antagonist re-spawn time is 14 seconds. Unless you force raiders to pay gold to restore there lives. Then its about 6 seconds.

Antags not being on every board actually makes the game more fun. It makes the game chaotic. And like Draco said it would increase wait times.

Antags destroying Rookie players is not good for the game in the long run. Mentor matches shouldnt have Antags on them. That  being said there should always be a chance for an antag to invade a mission except if you find yourself in a mentor match.

And finally there are other thing Antags can do to mess with Raiders. some missions have mechanics to slow progress. Some examples; Low blow you can pull the levers to reverse progress. Weapon from the past you can steal the sphere and also replenish the Squid bots energy with Aleph. Short fused you can shoot the bombs.

They should include some other stuff you can do to mess with Raiders on other missions but again it needs to be balanced.

The length of time you are penalized correlates with the length of time it takes that team to complete the match you just left. If you're and Antag it'll be less considering when Antags leave matches after a couple of minutes Raiders will win by forfeit.

I know what you are saying. I understand. But i have faced similar situations. And the whole Aleph cool down thing really is a solid perk. Enemies completely lose track of where you are when your Aleph cools down, which gives you time to move and recover. Even if you are 3 feet from them crouching behind a wall.

In the case of 3 enemies vs 2 raiders. Even if the raider is the Harec and who ever else you should attack together. In the scenario you described the best course of action would be to go hand to hand if you are Harec.  Honestly its not a mechanic that makes Harec unplayable and can be easily over come with experience and ingenuity.

And in case you are taking into consideration high MMR matches most likely which ever character you are (except for maybe Hades Division) You are getting one shotted any way.

Hmmm this one is tough. I can t say i haven't suffered from this. Ive been caught in the middle of reloads with Harec and Shae but not enough that its a serious problem.  Keep in mind Harec and Shae have the ability to kill you with one shot without having to get near you. Locals are great for ambushes and attacking you in your blind spot. "Stuck while reloading" just gives raiders and antags a chance to close the gap.

Hi guys,

The difficulty is something we tweak every weak (depending on your MMR) and it's always based on your feedback. The code you posted is dynamic and it changes almost everyday, so it makes no sense having it as a reference.

Seriously and if your wounded my god they are like sharks going on a feeding frenzy. Ive been wounded and the enemy swarms me shooting and hitting me. No chance to recover. Wounded a half second later dead. It shows in my last second 7 different enemies got a piece of me.
