I think Marcus might Have a point though. I was brought down for one reason or another to 38-39% and in a match with lower tiers than myself the AI were honest to god were dominating to a degree that question if this was supposed to be acceptable.

Granted a brought the wrong character and gun to be carrying the team but regardless a single AI brought me a player with MAX stats to wounded and damn near killed me but that was just a single grunt.

I remember when anything past 50-60% began to reach those levels of difficulties but now High-end AI are being set on MMR 39%? what the heck? That compounding with the Hosting Bug is a bit much for any mission.

I suppose In short we'd have to take everything with a grain of salt as nothing is guaranteed to be as they are depicted and are liable to change. Example being how Sooma was stated to come out last Month but was pushed to this month.

Man, When the Identity update was coming around the corner I was really convince that we were about to be given some in depth options on customizing our own person version of a Raider, Changing hair color, clothing and everything stated above, I even went so far as to convince my friend that that was going to happen which is my fault and he was looking forward to it.

And well after That we were both a little disappointed which again my fault. All I ask is to be more careful how you advertise future updates and such. Also I know that depiction of Lycus Dion is gone in the Wind but at the Very least could we please get that version of him in the game as a Skin, Make his robotic arms rusted/Damaged, segments replaced with spare parts and a random dagger sticking out of his back that he doesn't feel or realize he has on him. I don't know lol.

I find it funny that again another raiders Common weapon out shines there Rares (Looking at you Tolchok and Shakura). The Redeemer doesn't provide burst damage like her Rare but its more reliable and consistent. I was thinking to myself when using her Rare on missions back to back, I really don't like how much effort you need to put into it to Maximize damage (and not considering her cards).

You need to fire at an enemy with its Alt mode that does Zero damage leaving you vulnerable in most situation to just fill the meter in order to use its faster fire rate and slightly increased damage, than to use its actual maximum damage you need to save up ally damage (Via Sooma ability) to build the multiplier. After ALL that you get about 1 - 2 seconds of amazing rapid damage that is probably on Par with Shae's Sa-Dhu ... before (1) the meter drops only halfway leaving you wit a sluggish fire rate and lessened damage, and (2) the Multipler from the base ability drains in the blink of an eye.

Now if you want to get that Sa-Dhu level damage you need to start shielding your allies, and using a no damage firing mode to start building to that level.

Sorry if that came out a little cynical but I really don't like that gun.

I never really considered him under powered tbh, His shield is very use and often a lifesaver (Even Compared to Mikah's Barrier). You know the Wardog Commanders, When they use there Aleph powered Air-Strike you can aim up at the sky while simultaneously fighting the commander to block his ability. Or at the end of a Low Blow where you need to make it to the Teleporter, He is one of the few the can just rush into it without worry (others being Ginebra, Doldren & Hans)

My Only problem with him (Like you guys said) is that most of his weapons often restrict him to getting close before dealing damage. The only exception is his Shit Happens alt Mode but that's soooooo slow and not that strong and his pepper pot is hardly better at mid range.

Pvp gets even trickier, if your going against:
Konstantin: They will almost always have the O.Tolchok and just push him back to hell.

Alicia: If She has the Smoking Daisy, she can shoot through his Shields ...I hate the buff lol.

Shae: Lycus could literally have a full bar of shields and Shae with her Sa-Dhu will TEAR into it and then maybe kill you if not wound you all within the same clip.

Hive, Ayana Kwena. Ginebra & Loaht: All there weapons are his Krpytonite.

Hans: If its a smart Hans player they just need to shoot it his feet for that splash damage while keeping his focus upward on you as you fly above/around him.

Dodlren: FYI you will NEVER see a Doldren use this method but, With his Patient Boy gun he can use its alt fire to drop a Mine at his foot and just ghost out over it to trigger it to blow his ass up(Or wound him) and appear to finish the job.

Iune: Using her weapon The Vortex she can shoot at his feet to stagger him at any range. Close Range she can stagger him to quickly get a guaranteed grapple, at ranged she can place shot after shot on the floor to stagger you into the next stagger shot. 

Schneider: His Yama Boom Boom is much like a grenade, ergo Lycus is screwed.

Anyway, I can keep going but it just goes to show that His base ability doesn't really stand a chance against a majority of the weapons each Raider has to offer.  But weapons aside, Ayana Kwena's base ability is far worse...well defensively speaking that is, but her actual defense is an offense so I guess it balances out for her.

Just figured Id let you guys know that Sooma's Redeemer weapon can do ALL the work for you (Until they find a way to nerf it like The Whip). Just shoot one of its six shot at the Floor of the Terminal,Lever, The Pig (Marmalade Boss), or just anywhere you would see an Engineer/Looter and Her Redeemer will do the Work for you. Think Valeria's Shakura if it were Stationary.

I love the Cookie, its Consistant.
I'm sure your aware but like most if not all his weapons, Loaht isn't so well versed against Airborne or high to reach enemies, but outside of that The Cookie may not have as much of a Kick as his other weapons but it provides you with tactical options the others cant offer.

If the Push mechanic is something your interested in The Cookie offers a sustained push effect on the enemy with a little skill.  Shooting quickly behind the enemy and another in front of them will have them bouncing between the two and if you drop the entire clip just for example that will often leave them with nowhere to go and just die.

Defensively, if you see a heard of raider,elites or grunts pushing for you cover your retreat with a clip and the rounds will keep firing for a good minute. (Best used when running into a closed off area (Pits, Corridors or other hazards.)

I was going to make my own bug report but your basically covering what I wanted to put, at least in part.
I've been having multiple games where out of nowhere the host migration kicks in and restarts nearly all the progress we've done, and another time ( I saved a video) of a mission A Mouse and a Snake where the Host migrated 3 times (I think it might have been 4 time) back to back while we had an Antagonist and Every time we put in Aleph to get Valeria out of her Camouflage every thing would reset but the aleph lives pool which Im sure the Antag loved.

(Edit: I dont want to link the video cause I was little pissed and started trash talking. lol)

The main reason I don't play as much these days is cause I've seen and done everything already, and I have just about every thing. So when I log in I don't come in necessarily for any rewards but instead the game play.

Typically, I look at all the missions and think "Which ones do I feel like playing" which I've realized I rotate the same ones each time usually in this order:
A Low Blow
Hanging by a Thread
A Weapon from the Past
A Breath of Hope
No Reservation
A Fistful of Sand
That's only 6 out of the 17 missions that I like and often avoid the others just cause they either take too long or I get no satisfaction/enjoyment from playing them. On top of that I only choose the same few Raiders for any given mission because I either don't like or haven't gotten accustom to there play style.
Usually play in this descending order:
Konstantin
Valeria
Lycus Dion
Hans
Schneider
Loath
Kuzmann
Mikah
I never get to play as a Local as much as I want to cause I usually see the lower level players all choosing them instantly leaving me to carry the team in some way which is fine but I miss playing as them. I want had two Low level people quite on A fistful of Sand (Protector) leaving me Mikah with my Barrier and a new player Shae playing like shes Lycus Dion. We got the protector halfway on the second have before things got ridiculous and I just called it at that point.

Anyway point being, I love the game and will again (At some point) play the same mission with the same few characters because the game at its Core (No prizes or and sometimes Antags) is still fun and thats why I come back outside of new updates.

Personally a gun I want to be buffed is the J. Wheel M-11, I think it can do for a quicker fire rate as well and maybe damage even though it has a good amount already should you manage to bounce someone against a wall.
