This was a wonderful post! What I would like to add is that all new IP's have their problems, even non-new games have their faults, just look all the battlefield games launch. XD

But what keep games alive is just not the developers, not just the consumers, but the community and the family as a whole, together as Fans of this wonderful game both developer and consumer.

I have seen the other side on developers end and what they have to do (NOT this game, but I have worked with others) and it is hard to fix bugs, add content, balance the gameplay; while, keeping your consumers happy, your investors happy, stay on scheduled, and update on time when it takes 3-4 weeks to apply a patch on ps4 and xb1. From what I've see from MercurySteam, they are listening to us and doing what feel is the best for there game; but, it is also up to us to help grow this community. We can do this by recommending it to a friend (Eternal Soldier is free), setting-up meets on the forms, creating content, giving feedback, and staying the positive group we are!

I just checked, that's daft. I've bought about 6 skins, but nothing above 750 MP. I wanted Shae's skin the most, but there's no way I'm paying even 1100.
I feel that 1100 should be the cutoff price for any of the skins or characters; also, with the new "invitational" system allowing players to gain a small amount Mercury Points I think that this would give more incentive to purchase more Mercury Points. For example, if I gained 150 with an invitation and wanted a skin that costs 1100, my best option would buy 1250=$10, so in total I would have 1400, then after I purchase the skin I would have 300. Now having 300 a player is more inclined to purchase more, so that she/he can get the little bit more to buy the next thing that she/he want's. Say at a restaurant, a lot of people in the U.S will look for the most or second most expensive items on the menu and then judge the fairness of the rest of the prices, this is why most of the players that I know won't buy a single point because the high price on Genibra and Mikah, this is culturally a U.S. thing; but, it seems that a lot of people are deterred by these prices and avoiding mercury points all together.

MercurySteam has stated on twitter that "We've been informed that, for reasons beyond MercurySteam's control, in some territories the Wardog Fury campaign is not appearing on the Xbox One and Windows 10 for some Founders Pack owners. We've been assured it is being corrected and will be available as soon as possible." This may be an issue on Microsoft's end, this happened with the season pass when "gears of war" launched on day one, but was resolved within the first 2 days.

First thing - what a nice way to say "Stop having fun" with so much across the board nerfs.

Second - we can see actual floating numbers in game, you know - being vague with "slight x" "minor y" is just (yet again) waste of players' time - give us numbers, so we can backtrack history of your changes, and not allow you to sweep some major stuff under the rug - "slight" is subjective.
You could only make it worse if you just swoop in with - "Hey folks! New update! We won't tell what was changed - go figure".

Third - nerfing normal cards but reassuring us that overall power is increased due to Rare versions being buffed to compensate - is a bloody lie. Your card system is akin some infamouse Star Wars game - aka its bloody random. I spent around 50k char points on reshuffles with one particular char - I haven't seen ANY rare cards for now - and now you telling me that I am screwed cause you made RNG based progression slot machine and the only way to get stuff i already owned back to former lvl is to win a jack pot?

How about disclosing droprates for starters, so you won't look so scummy? How about buffing rare cards droprates, since now they are not Minor buffs over normals?
Starting with your first, the three major nerfs where Hans, Ginebra, and Konstantin. Hans and Ginebra I felt were to strong in the current state of the game, Konstantin is understandable due to his area denial. Harec and Shae got a good buff, and the others just seemed to have a weapon balances so that the other weapons that the characters have are more viable.

Your second point, it is difficult to give true numerical value when there are several variables that effect the damage values; such as, enemy type, range, were the shot landed, etc. I personally am going to due some testing on some of the changes and post my findings.

And the third point you made, I have rare cards for 4 of the current characters, I’ve even rerolled a few rare ones because they were not much different than the non-rare versions, and was trying to get a specific card. During my testing I got a rare card averagely 1-out-of-6 rerolls, maybe I’ve just have had good luck. But with this new update to the economy system, faction points to lock faction cards, and character points for character cards, it won’t be a pay-to-win. So, I really don’t understand what you mean when you say “scummy”.

I’m personally very excited for these changes, I have seen most of these changes from the forms (and one that I suggested as well) by the community. It is so wonderful to be a part of this community, it does not feel like the normal developer and consumer relationship; but, all of us building this wonderful and beautiful game to together. So, thank you MercurySteam for all your hard work, and thank you to the other Raiders and Antagonist out there, for making this the awesome community that it is. ;D
