Well now its back to being Rank 13.

17
No, it's not funny at all. People I know just abandoned the game after they were unable to craft anything for weeks, cause of resets, servers instability and inability to find games as antagonist.

18
He probably talks about the fact that after weekly reset ranks were reset yet again.
I was rank 13 on monday - now I am rank 0 (the only reason I dont spamm PMs to devs is the fact that I managed to craft all my stuff on monday - BUT HOLLY HELL!), same stuff happens over and over for many people I know. Devs are silent and don't seem to aknowledge the issue.

19
Part 2:
- hype single card for faction\character for weeks without end, when those card are unimaginative, ill tested crap that delute pool of usefull cards. (Have you even tested your cards before shipping? Like what that "Heal 100 after 4 seconds of being hit with a firearm" is supposed to do? It doesnt bring you up from bleedout state, it procs when you don't need it from chip dmg and overall its clunky as hell - you are better of using basic regen boost).

I am not sure if I am talking for majority of players - but thats not grand news that you savour for days or weeks, Thats not a content to expirience that is worth "hyping". It personally annoys me that twitter and facebook is filled with filler that just screams - "We are wasting your time! We are doing it to make it look like that something is going on! We have nothing interesting to show, so we will show you old stuff, that didn't make it into final game! Isn't it exciting?". No, it kinda not - we are actual content starved at this point - show us what MADE into the game and when we will be able to actually play it.

Show us real deal - new campaing, new chars, stuff that actually interesting, that we can discuss between each other. Card that makes you deal 30% more dmg after you were deadweight for your team for past 10 seconds is not something worth hyping for four days.

- keep randomly resetting earned stigmatas and ranks for their stupid antagonist system without any atempt to reach for the players or make it known issue or maybe do something about the fact that some people were desperate to get even slightest ammout of stigmatas to craft guns for their PvE, but they can't - cause you keep randomly resetting.
No stigmatas were returned, neither was antagonist rank prerequest removed during perior when you sort out your own bloody system, and no apology were given for wasting people time even more then you already do with current antagonist system.

Gameplay Feedback / Re: The Enemy Within Difficulty

That's what I'm referring to though, the map shouldn't be so tightly tuned that you HAVE to take those characters, and can't take others. 60% on this map doesn't feel like 60% on any of the others.
Well other missions have suboptimal characters too.
Kuzman is bad on first stage of "Ray of hope", Harek is bad on second stage of "In Shock" etc.

The fact that Konstantine is good at dealing dmg is just... what it is, Hans burning stationary targets with gun that designed to burn stationary targets? I mean this game is all about finding right tools for the job. Like you can make most characters work there - but not with stock guns for some of them.

Other thing is to not rush the overload. Ofc its hard to do in uncoordinated team but basicly what you should do is:
Step 1) - Donate all but 1 point of Alef immediatley.
Step 2) -Try to accumulate 4-6 points ammong all your team (may skip if Beherit on his last leg - use your best judjement if you gonna finish it on next overload or not - better safe then sorry)
Step 3) - All players kill as many spawns as you can
Step 4) - Activate overlaod
Step 5) - KILL ALL REMAINING SPAWNS BEFORE FOCUSING BLOBS - you will lose more time being dead from random bastard sneaking on you then you will spend time killing him. They dont respawn during overload stage so once you killed them they are gone for good.
Step 6) - Shoot blobs
Step 7) - Proceed to step 1 (DO NOT instantly intiate another overload! Let people regain their ammo and clear spawns again)

If all done well - this mission will be no problem.

Random tips:
- Beherit spawns have around 350-420 HP - some weapons can one-two shot them
- Blobs have Around 350-400 hp - same thing - some weapons one shot bloobs in perfect conditions
- Don't be fancy with "Shadow self" if your reaction is not good - pure melee spammage will work well surprising ammount of time.

Well I can say that this map has some heavy handed difficulty curve for sure that skyrockets into oblivion after second Alef overload ends.

But all is not lost. Me and my buddy were farming this mission for a LOOONG time - and we are getting pretty good  at it either with antagonist or not, trick is in having characters that on your team that know what they do:

Hans with "WARM" gun - perfect for firsth phase, good for clearing and avoiding beherit spawns and does well vs blobs.

Konstantine with either OGON STORM or Hornet - simmilar affair but you trade burst DPS for sustained DPS choosing different guns with him. Good overall at every stage and at dealing with beherit spawns, really bad at running.

Ginebra with her unlockable guns - if you can aim well she can pretty much oneshot blobs and beherits and can run from them for days. Do not use her basic gun there - its useless and people will hate you for a good reason.

Mikah with unlockable guns - you can "climb holo-glitch" to make unkillable bait for beherits, you do ok at every stage, the only problem is that you must conserve ammo big time.

Suboptimal but still fine:
Shae WITH FOCUS KAA7 ONLY - then you do fine more or less. DO NOT bring Shae with any other gun - you will have good time at stage 1 shooting squids, but in stage 2 you will be useless at doing anything.

Harek with base gun - you will do fine, but if Beherit will ever hit you with his AoE you can instantly bite the dust - oneshoting blobs are fun thou.

Avoid:
Kuzman - takes ages to kill anything, especially blobs. Can once in while kill a tons of beherit spawns with well placed skill - but better not get into such stage of spawnage.

Alicia - just no. You can run fast, you can avoid stuff, but you cant clear spawns for good and must stay nearby blobs (and thats not an option vs some of them)

Dion - same as alicia, made worse by the fact that your shield is useless in second stage. You can kinda do it with "It Happens", but I still think you better be using someone else.

Good to know. But as Argentil said - nothing concrete now. Let's see what you have in stock - then I will be more then eager to start erasing points of concern from here.

Meanwhile Ginebra is still 360 000g. Now you ONLY need 350k more.

25
in this thread are 3 new male spoilered and 1 female as it looks.

Ok at Hive im not rly sure about the gender, but i would say male :)

"lobster face girl from Mikah diary" - eh?

26
Well right now we have:

Males - Harec, Kuz, Konst, Hans, Dion
Females - Shae, Alicia, Mikah, Ginebra

So right now its just one more male over female and new chars are 2 males and 2 females. Like - what was it even about "I hope they will add some more Female Characters."?

Ship's Log / Re: Reward System Hot-Fix Update
 on: November 15, 2017, 01:00:58 PM
How about making playing antagonist worth your time?
Like removing "Win or bust" from antagonist (hell you dont have win or bust on raiders - you always gain something even with an off-beat chance on a weapon blueprint tier reward even if you lose), adding option to gain other stuff from playing antagonist (like simply copy-paste the raider reward screen) while always providing some stigmatas if you managed to deplete riders Alef pool atleast once even if you ultimately failed at completely stopping them from finishing mission.

Loath (Wardog from poster art), - Adaptive Evolution
Doldred (Alien dude with revolver from sneak peak), - Death Incarnate
Iune (I asume Alien - buzz-cut lady) - Charming Smile - seems like she has simmilar face-cover as Protector-lady.
HIVE (I asume Wardog -  lobster face girl from Mikah diary) - Neurotoxin

are in there too XD Yay! Inb4 they each cost 360 000g!

Spacelords’ Advice / Re: Video Faction Guide for new players
 on: November 15, 2017, 11:00:13 AM
I think you could add some staple faction cards to the mix that reinforce basic playstyle:

- Hades:
- Black belt - take 25% less dmg in melee.
So its 30 dmg per hit on you instead of 40 - so at 140 hp it will take 5 direct melee hits to be downed instead of 4 for example, making you into even greater brawler.

- Kevlar - take 50% less weapon dmg when CCQ.
Can help vs people who try to break your grapple by shooting at you (I asume that works like that XD)

- Stealth - stress meter fills up 40% less.
This one allows you to ape Aliens a bit as you can now run a mile without hitting stress mark, but best part is at 5 Alef - you just stop generating stress. At all. Nothing will make you generate stress as long as you hold 5 Alef - you can shoot, you can take hits, you can run and use your skills non stop - while being invisible through the walls and constantly regaining health. The tricky part is to get 5 alef ofc XD.

- Fifth council:
Closed System - healing 20 on each frag with you weapon or ability, but NOT with your iron fists.
This one is obviously for raider side only, as you wont be ramping up chain kills as antagonist and miliage may vary from chracater to character (Ginebra kinda benefits less from it as she has to reload and thus you have more oportunities to deplete your stress anyway, but Konstantine and Kuzman suffer a major gamechangin-gasm with "I AM INVINCIBLE!" vibe when your just plow through enemies without need to get into cover nearly as much).

- Reboot - regain HP 140% faster if standing still.
Oddly enough feels really good on Ginebra, while being uber lackluster on "Ko & Ku" - as it pairs really well with your realoding - you have just the right ammount of low stress time during reloading in cover that boosted regeneration will top you off pretty much from any ammount of HP left.

- Variety of assorted dmg boosters - Do not bother with 4% one - Konstantine and Kuzman wont see basicly any increase and it doesnt help Ginebra to break any sort of thresholds that change her "twoshots" into "oneshots".
10% are kinda interesting, but mostly as antagonist or if you want to see huge overkill numbers as Ginebra - you forsake Closed System on "Ko & Ku" as raider - and thats a big deal, as minor dmg increase is not worth lose of major survivability boost.

I don't want to. I am human and I have feelings and emotions.
Right now that is what I feel about game - and yes, with how devs reply (or don't reply) to those issues - that makes me adamant in my opinion that very little care given to what players find off-putting, and devs just stubbornly trying to do "their thing" and that "they know best".

Players are real people too, yet devs treat us like we are "white noise" who doesn't deserve a reply, even if we are those who had enough faith and stupidity to buy into unfinished product. I personnaly have NO IDEA if anything we post here goes anywhere or this is just a hell-hole for venting up frustration, not unlike Steam community section.

If devs would be more open to dialog - then maybe I wouldn't make it so "obnoxious". As of now - they aren't, so "obnoxious" it stays. Once it changes and I have a good feeling that I can trust anything they say again, that our feedback matters and that we treated as customers who already purchased their "product" - then I wll change tone of my posts too, not the other way around.

It's also a job of community manager to not let frustartion boil to the point of such outrage in the first place. I understand that programmers and lead designers may be ill suited for monitoring forums - but hey, they hired community managers who are bad at their jobs.

I am way past the point of being neutral. I like the game, I want game to be great - but my frustartion with development team grows with each passing day and each decision they make.

I kid you not - when they announced that Founder pack will be gone on 12-th way back there - I was ready to bet my money on "They just gonna shut the whole thing down and "Thx for all your money, losers!" - thats how low my expectations are right now, and how little faith I have for the devs to start saving their stupid game and fixing some of their outright mind-blowing mistakes.

And lets not forget - those who bought founder packs currently have just a quarter of what they paid for with not a single word from dev team on how likely they are to see the rest, or if devs gonna be decent enough to pull "Amazing eternals" refund deal if they will fail at delivering what people bought into.

Releasing skins or characters that cost like whole "founder pack" or even more is a huge red flag - atleast for me - that devs STILL have no idea on how they want to monetize whole thing.
