We're continously working on improvements to the matchmaking system and, of course, quality of service is always on top of the list. Sorry if you had some bad experiences, but I can assure you we're working every day on improve that kind of stuff.

I had to watch the video frame by frame to find out what was happening. I think there was no bug, but you were incredibly unlucky. Let me explain:

Right before you grab the Elite, Kuzmann falls from the step, so his grab animation was reseted. Plus, it seems that the Elite grab had finished, but it was on last frames , so he could catch you.

Muchísimas gracias por tu feedback. Parece que todo lo que expones es un problema de bugs más que de la dificultad en sí (aunque quizá sean bugs que solo se ven a altos niveles). Voy a pasar toda esta información al departamento de QA, a ver si pueden investigar un poco.

Respecto al tema de los "bots con radar", recuerda que la IA se comunica entre sí, por lo que un soldado que no te vea puede conocer tu posición si se la "chiva" un compañero. No obstante también investigaremos si hay algún problema en ese aspecto.

Efectivamente parece que hay algunos problemas con la visualización de misión por parte del antagonista en la selección de personajes. El departamento de QA ya está al tanto de la incidencia y la están investigando.

Hi guys!

Remember you can manually return Loath to his human form by using again the power when in beast, so you don't have to die if there aren't enemies to smash. Also by doing this you won't lose all the power-bar progress.

PS4 region stores have "different" products even if they are the same game. So actually we can say that there are two Raiders of the Broken Planet, depending on the game region (US or EU)

All issues regarding any form of cheating are being taken very seriously. We have the proper detection and banning mechanisms at work and will continue to strengthen these systems over time.

Feel free to discuss publicly any cheating issue that you may encounter. However, do not name the offenders in public. The only proper way to deal with cheating is investigation & punishment, public shaming isn't and will not be tolerated.

Make sure to send us proof of anything you think could be suspicious in private at raiders_support@mercurysteam.com

We can't comment on specific users being banned but we can say that some of your reports are very solid and have led to multiple bans.

ibz_MRC82 El problema es que el antivirus borró tu partida guardada. Lamentablemente aunque lo hayas desactivado, ese archivo ya se borró. Lo único que ahora no se debería borrar tu progreso, pero tendrías que volver a pasarte las misiones. La única "solución" rápida es pasártelo en SOLO -> Easy Mode, sentimos mucho las molestias.
