I have the same issue on my XBox One X & S

Ever since Raiders became Spacelords I cannot start the game with my main gamertag- when initialising I always get a message saying there is a problem with Live & to check its status

However I can log in with my alternate gamertag and play the game
Switching back to my main gamertag it relaunches the game & again get the same unable to connect to Live

I have tried everything I know of to fix this - resetting console, deleting profile & re downloading it,redownloading the game, deleting save locally & on the cloud, deleting the reserved space, power cycling - nothing works & am now thinking its a Spacelord account issue
The fact it happens on 2 different consoles seems suspicious to me; my X is in my routers DMZ and the S has its ports forwarded
Any help much appreciated
