Title: Locals Faction Card: Urgency

The description says "when you kill an enemy, your next recharge is 80% faster." Does this effect ability cooldowns, respawn timer, charging an objective with aleph? I think I tried it out on iune but couldn't feel an effect. If anyone knows what it does I'd appreaceate any info.

Recharge means reload, refers to the reload time of the weapon.

Well that's not as helpful as I thought it'd be lol. Thanks, that some very misleading wording

Hi, the correct word will be reload, not recharge, it´s a missleading, I´ve already change it and on the next update will be fixed
