Title: Player level MMR and June Progression got reset

I was matchmaking for a quick play on Ps4 and I randomly lost connect to the server and when I came back my level and all of progress had reset  I used to be level 41 and my june Progression was on 227 my MMR was 41 but now I still have my characters which included characters like ginebra and doldren and the weapons I already crafted but I'm now level 4 and can only make weaker weapon due to low forge skill so I was wondering if anything can be done to fix it ? My Gamertag is BlueJamie3120
