Title: Alicia's "Eager" build?

I'm coming back to Spacelords and testing the new mods system, after messing with it a bit I got lucky and have 49 points to spare but I'm unsure what's the best build for this weapon. I usually play Alicia with the talent that increases 100% of the reload speed when near allies (great DPS).

Is it worth to have toxin above 1?
