Title: Game freezes after every match

So I have already sent a thing in game about this. This post is just to see if other are having this problem or if its just me? I deleted the game for awhile and just now got back into it. After every match the score screen freezes and I have to start over. I get my rewards and everything but I cant stay in groups. Am I the only one experiencing this?

After update this still happens on Windows store version for me

this is still happening when I play the windows store version on my Xbox account, I just made massive upgrades to my PC so it is not something hardware related on my end, something about play anywhere is causing a failure in the logic and softlocking the mission ending screen
