Title: did they just raise the forge price ?

im seeing 31000 now from 28000, and 81000 for rare froma 78000.

it gets higher the higher level your forge skill is.

im almost level 200 and for an Advanced rare blueprint (not regular rare) its 90000 gold.

Ohh I tought it raised everytime you used a blueprint , wow that sucks real bad.

It caps at 90 for rare, 32 for common.

That's still outrageous considering you need to spend that every time you want to redistribute your points with a higher forge level.
