Title: Schneider's card level

Is it just me or common? My Schneider only have raider cards upto Lv.38.

Yes, for the moment is the maximum level that you need to unlock Schneider's cards.

Sorry, my question was not fully explained. While I was at lvl 100+, Schneider had cards maxed out at lvl 38, while other raiders could access to much higher level cards.

If you see a low level player who has access to cards, weapons, characters or missions they shouldn't normally have access to it's because they're acquired those things before the patch, as a veteran.

I kinda understand what he meant now. "At this point, Schneider can access upto lvl 38 cards." Am I right?
