Title: can not join match -> reconnect -> loop

Hello everyone,...

Matches were working fine.
Next day I wanted to start a match (adventure) found a match was loading.
Then telling me... can not join the match.
It reloads the main-screen asking me if i want to rejoin.
If i press rejoin,... he can not join and back to main-screen with rejoin question.
if i say do not rejoin he just reloads the main-screen and asks me if i want to rejoin.

As you know, you have a good game, but a playerbase which is like ZERO (at least on stream). Such bugs avoid people from playing the game, and give you a bad reputation. FIX IT please.

May Player-Name is Xolger. Fix my account (if thisbug is account related).

The story of how I play spacelord without a team.
I run the game. I start the search for games. 5 minutes waiting. I get "cannotjoinmatchreconnectloop" I wait for 20 minutes. I start the search for the game. I wait for 5 minutes. I find a game where 1 (This is me) 2 6 6 ranks against antagonist 1 rank. We win the fight in 22 minutes (thanks to Mikah 2 rank). I get 2,200 gold. Then I am banned from leaving the game for 5 minutes.
Total:
One game per hour. 2200 gold per hour. 30 minutes of waiting.

 I understand - an error, issue, we are trying to fix everything. but can simply disconnect the player from the game and let him find another?

upd  After this game again "cannotjoinmatchreconnectloop"
sigh* And what should I do?

Today I played 7 (SEVEN) games. Well, how did I play? Five times I waited(15-20min) in the menu until the team played without me. I played two times, but after each fight I received 5 minutes of ban. I dont remember a single game with such problems. It is annoying.

I'm not writing this to complain. I'm writing to show that the problem has not disappeared in a month(on: February 02, 2019, 04:43:28 PM).

I can't play for the third week. I understand that the developers will not  fix  the error.

i am banned too.  i have a same problem, several times per day i can't join to game. repeat doesn't work. And i have ban! niiiiceeeee!
