Title: Hades Betrayal purchase not recognised

I purchased the Founder's Pack near the game's launch and therefore should have access to the Hades Betrayal campaign. Yet after the update, it is asking me to buy it. I am on Xbox One.

I'm having the same issue, I'm on xbox one and in USA.

We are aware of a problem on Xbox and Windows 10 which we are currently looking into...hopefully will be fixed shortly.

As far as I can tell it wasn't fixed. I restarted my Xbox and the game to see if that might work with no luck. Only people who bought Hades separately seem to be able to access it.

Should be working now if not in next hour or so, once the fix is propagated globally...sorry about that...

Seems to be working now. I tested it around 2 pm Eastern time on Xbox.
