Title: Closed System Faction Card

I have a question regarding this card and Dr.Kuzman. It says in this card that you are healed a set amount of health each time you get a kill. My question is: Do kills by Dr.Kuzman's lightning arcs count towards this?

Yes, and also for his Blitzfaust, and when on Konstantine it works when he throws people over a cliff with bubble. It's one of my favorite 5th council cards!

It also works if you zap people that Konstantin is throwing over the edge with his bubble. Or if you melee someone off an edge.  Hah.
