Title: Can’t join match, reconnect loop

Hi my I’d name is MOAE1. Could someone please help me. I’m stuck in a loop. The game won’t connect and is saying unable to join match when connecting. And when I cancel the connection it goes back to the reconnect screen. What do I do.
