Title: PS4 stuck on the main menu

When I close the app and open it back up I still can't play anything. I can't even go on anything. I can't click on hideout, universe. Everything is faded not allowing me to surpass the main menu. This NEEDS to be fixed. This literally prevents me from doing anything! Thank you!
