Rak Mayura's right foot of his new "Great Hunter" skin is distorted (see image below).

Oh, man, I hate tiny bigs like that. The worst part is that since it's such a small thing devs usually don't bother to fix it, and most players don't even notice it. But people like me and you know. We know it's there... taunting us... :(

Oh yeah, it bugs me and I don't want too use his new skin because of this.

Yeah I know EXACTLY what you mean, believe me. Especially when it's a paid skin. It's like you bought a broken toy. There was a similar problem with one of the skins in a game called Paladins (I used to play it). One of the characters had a deformed thumb on one of her hands. It never got fixed and every time I would choose the skin it would always bug me :(

Iune's Vaasi Skin also had a distortion on her thigh as well, where her skirt used to cover. Wonder if that's been fixed yet?
