Gameplay Feedback / Re: Question about the accumlated pot
 on: July 12, 2019, 05:59:38 AM
So if I don't play for a day the rewards that are inside the pot will increase naturally? or do I have to play for it to increase?

Gameplay Feedback / Question about the accumlated pot

I don't think I fully understand the rewards that come with it. I get that you get all the accumulated gold and other stuff but if I don't play the game for a day or two does it still stack up?

I played all the quickplays for one day and then got off and couldn't play the next day. Before getting off the gold that I should have gotten was 7000 something. The day that I could play it I got 20,000 something. Is this how it is suppose to be or did my game bug out? I think I am missing something.

I wish the mines didn't have a timer on it and only exploded whenever you pressed the alternative fire. I haven't noticed the range though but granted I don't play a lot of Loath

I agree with what you said however I enjoy atlas the most. Ionizer is too pin point however powerful I just personally don't like using her as a sniper of sorts. Then her rare is fun to use and my second favorite weapon for her but I still prefer atlas. You can shoot next to cover and damage any enemy or antag. On top of that the bombing is really useful whenever your the target and a horde is coming for you or if there is an antag like ginebra you can stop her. Combine this stagger from the bombs and her gun you can get easy kills with atlas

I personally use the Invicta as my main. the ionizer as my second,  i use the Invicta to take out mobs of enemies. especially wardogs that are coming after me,  i just bait then with her mech.  line them up and it's easy hunting,  the ionizer is for long range. especially for turrets imo as the Invicta nor the atlas can really kill them off. for me,  bouncing the projectiles off the ground towards the feet of enemies kills ome or all them at once.

I just Aneska in a close quarters sense. Sorta like Hive where your only choices are to run or use melee and pray. Unless your team groups up and tag teams you. I can see all her guns being useful I Just sometimes feel personally attacked whenever people say Atlas is useless or weaker compared to her other guns

Its.... her longest leach gun. It had more ammo, better fire rate, better dmg.
Just cause of reach its still a good gun.... but maaan did it get nerfed.
But yeah, there is some guns that need some love, or even un nerfig im looking at you whip.

Oh I agree with the Whip. they made it useful for only pushes or close quarter maps like no res and even then its not great. Plus you still got to shoot it to make it shock. If they are gonna make it where you have to be close for it to shock then make it where you just have to shoot it like once and make its cool down small like earthing.

In its current state I like it, besides the fire rate, also if the shield could slow down just a bit that would be great too although not really needed just a personal wish. The only other downside is how short the leech range is but her cards explorers really helps with that. Granted I am a simple man.

Or shy.

I just build Shy and honestly the only problem I have with it is its fire rate. If that was increased I feel like the gun would be perfect

Also has MSE dropped anything about her weapons?

you mean the weapons will be unable to loot with the new system ?
no i have seen nothing about them.

What I was thinking. Only thing I can do is hope to get it at the end of the month like I am with everyone else now. But I'm curious about the function of her guns.

Gameplay Feedback / Upcoming Raider: Sooma

I am hyped to know she is coming on the 16th. However, I'd like to know more about her lore wise so I was curious if I would have to wait till the 16th for her bio to drop in the "world" tab.

Also has MSE dropped anything about her weapons? I have an idea on her ability thanks to the first stream but her backstory seemed really interested and I'd love to know it in all its glory.

Gameplay Feedback / Re: Recent Update

I use to hate the Aleph dropping but they have made it a lot more reasonable. The only thing I hate about the prize galore update is how limited I feel. Getting blueprints feel impossible, Gold feels like I am actually getting rewarded even when I lost the mission, However that feeling fades after awhile. The exp limit doesn't make sense to me because if you are gonna lessen the amount of gold after a few missions then let us level up the same as before so we still get the added 2000 gold bonus from leveling. The game is just slowly feeling like a chore now. Log in get the rewards and play a different game till it refreshes. They have made playing against an antagonist more fun now with this sense there is no major issue losing or none that I have seen.

Gameplay Feedback / Recent Update

I am not the biggest fan of the current reward system. I know surprising another player who dislikes the current state of the game.

However, I could see this update being decent after some polishing. Limiting the XP was a bad choice. MSE has already gotten rid of levels and replaced it with tiers which I thought was useless but didn't really care. However now that they have limited the amount of XP you can even get this is by far the worse choice. Yes it stops newer players from grinding to high levels but is that really a bad thing? In this game if you are level one your passive stats (Brute Force, Armor, and resistance) are low which makes you squishy as hell even as a Fifth Council member. Not only that but getting the 2000 gold and 50 status points harder which was already annoying to try and get anyway. Having a game were you can expect players to hop on and play up to 5 missions a day is harming the game. We (or I do I cant speak for others) play the game for the rewards and diversity each raider brings to the mission. Hurting the amount of rewards we get a day makes the game no longer fun but instead a chore. Plus making it harder to get blueprints which sucks sense there are still guns being added. I cannot get Ayana's short nine because either others choice her before me or the blueprint hasn't even dropped.

The only positive thing I can say about the current state is the queue time is much faster which I hope they don't change. If the rewards were increased more than I could see this update working but still a waste in my opinion.

Suggestions / Re: Nerf Shakura
 on: June 27, 2019, 05:12:04 PM
A pvp game shouldn't be a gamble of "Got to play this character because we MIGHT have an antagonist." I shouldn't want to play Ayana on fistful of sand but have to play Mikah just because I MIGHT have an antagonist. This is what is making the game less fun for players. Even if there is an antagonist it should be a fair game not struggle just to survive. Yes it should be a challenge but not impossible like a Harec on "Fistful of Sand" or a Valeria on "In Medias Res". A video game is built for fun and being slaughtered by one player just because you wanted to have fun and play a different character then the same character you always play over and over again is NOT fun

Hive with plague? Wardog with 100hp who you know where she gonna go for you? I mean... i guess some raiders have pretty shit range... but thats like only some of them. Idk never saw hive as problem antag.

I do agree that shakura need a nerf, its bad not only as antag. As raider is pretty ridiculous too. At least it need to require ammo to bounce same way as kuzzy rare gun.

A good Hive on the right mission can use the chaos to hide among the adds and rush the raiders with the right timing. Plus if no one picks characters with long range (or low tier players pick them) then a hive is almost gonna win every mission. Its all about countering and timing though.

I agree that it needs work done but I fear people saying "nerf it". Players said to nerf Hive's Shy and now its not as useful as say Raceme or Plague. Just be careful what you ask for

I agree 100% to this although I find that most of the antagonist I play against who leaves is because they are a low tier and just rage quit because a bunch of tier ones are constantly killing them. I rarely see high tiers leaving the matchs
