Title: I'm getting penalized because my game froze.

Loading a match when I was the host, the entire game froze mid-cutscene (with an audio bug), the computer was unresponsive.  Had to reset.  over 12+ hours later I return to find I'm being penalized and can't log on.  Not very cool.

Oh yes this has happened to me before too. Its very offputting. I complained about it months ago. For a game that I have invested so much time and money in it feels wrong to be penalized for an error thats usually on their end. Mercurysteam didnt handle it then, it probably wont be handled.

Happens to me at least once/twice per day on PS4... Bad user experience design of the system.
