Gameplay Feedback / Level Cap ???

Hallo Riders,
I had some questions ... if some good soul knows something ...
1) Is there a Level Cap for Riders?
2) After updating 1.16 has anyone managed to take C33 Geneva (rare) if it is with or without antagonist? (campaign mission 3 -1) ...

Spacelords Universe / Rare Weapons

Sorry my english (google ..hehe)
I just can not find the rare weapons of Ginebra and HIWE ...
Someone can tell me if these weapons are better than "normal" weapons ....
Ginebra (in absolute my favorite with Kostantin) has the second weapon not standrard very good as power ... the rare also has such strength?
