Antagonist ranks reset every week.  You have to maintain stigma at the end of the week to keep a rank

I could swear I kept it one week while doing nothing but perhaps 'that' was a bug and never intended. Likely 'that' is what TC is referring to. I too lost my rank and that did bum me out since I was saving for Hans and didn't build 'anything' I could during that time. So yeah, infinite sadness...
