I just lost 3 Tickets and get nothing in return ... wth ???

I just lost 11 tickets playing the enemy within for no reason and got nothing in return... I’m on the PS4 platform, if there’s anything I can do to help the situation if there is one just let me know.

It would be very helpful if you listed more information such as platform and what name you go by on that platform. In that way, they might look into it more precisely. I have not heard anything of this on Xbox nor did anyone complain about this on Discord so this is certainly a curious event.
