Title: All of my progress was reset (Xbox)
Post by: Hannibal Kinge on May 10, 2018, 08:42:20 PM: All of my rank progress was reset and after updating the game at 1pm (Eastern time). The update was 400+ MB I believe. Upon launching the game all of my progress was reset all the way back to rank 2, with no currency or blueprints anything other than 11500 gold. Please help!!!

I'm back to level 1. I got a butt load of Mercury Points refunded to me. And all of my cards and guns are back to being locked...

I'm currently in a party chat with my friend, who is also on Xbox, who said that she is seeing the same thing

Yeah this needs to be fixed or I'm peacing out from this game indefinitely

Post by: Hannibal Kinge on May 10, 2018, 10:48:44 PM: I wouldn't be mad if the just restored our lvl and our resources like blueprints gold ect. I don't mind craft them again or buying a character again. but our lvl and resources including faction points, character abilities and faction ranks should be restored. a fresh start to allocate our resources we've earned. maybe in a better way this time. it would also be easier for the Devs to restore raw resources rather than crafted items

However when I load the game from my PC using the Widows10/Xbox play-anywhere all of my data is there, so it does not seen that the data has been erased, but rather that Xbox can't pull the data from the mercury steam servers.

Post by: LordDraco3 on May 11, 2018, 12:33:04 AM: It sounds like an Xbox-wide issue. Keep in mind it's like 11PM in Spain right now, so they will get around to it in probably another 8-10 hours.

There have been missing resources in the past (gold, tickets, etc, you can see these reports if you dig through this forum) and the issue is fixed quickly.

Thanks for clarifying the data is not gone. A small break from the game isn't going to kill anyone (probably) so we can just wait until they fix it. Until then, I suppose I wont play because I don't want new data to get mixed up with old data. Hoping after this gets sorted it leads to Schneider finally coming out...
