Spacelords Universe / Universe Lore is missing?

What happened to it, its suddenly gone. Granted you can still access Raider specific lore but anything else like the history of Uras-Beherit  or how all the Factions came to the Broken Planet are now gone.

So is this a glitch or is something going to replace it in the Future?

Srry I was going to respond earlier but i wanted to know from the devs if character and gun suggestions would even be considered at all as those are likely to be thought up in house only, but anyway I didn't get a response so lets continue the character building cause why not.

So I like the name by the way , it seems fitting. I was thinking about the species of the locals as a whole recently and I thought Why do all the locals have to be skinny with 60 HP. there have been a few notable character that are well past that body type and are accomplished warriors to boot.

So keeping that in mind i was thinking this character should be a very fit woman who is a slow as a Fifth council member but compensates for it with her ability to instead shift between the rift.

Here her abilities drawback comes from its start-up time when entering the rift and also when exiting, prevent you from using mid combat. While in this mode you cannot fire your weapon nor Attack but you cannot be attack neither. Only in this mode will you be able to run quicker than the average speeds. When exiting you'll have a 15 second cooldown before using it again.
 
As far as Card ideas:
*After leaving a Rift your weapon reloading will be increased by 15% for 10 second.
*Gain 2 seconds of immunity when exiting the Rift if one or more Elite or Player is within 20 meters of you.
*Receive reduced damage while charging your rift ability.

The thing about your gun descriptions is that they all fall under Hades Division or Fifth Council type of weaponry. Locals are often precision high burst damage weapons. Its rare to have a gun that does anything like throwing mines or setting up traps like Doldren's Patient Boy or Harec's Easter Egg (but not unheard of) those will likely be Rare weapons if they had those features.

Instead i'm going to bring back my old idea. She should have a gun that shoots 2 rapid fire shots (crit based) that phases through obstructions. Firing these shots has a considerable reload time similar to Shae's guns and causes her to Stress while Reloading, giving away her position.

I think Ill start drawing up some ideas for her on my free time and bring it up here I guess.

I actually enjoyed the new comm system, I deal with new players often so when being used correctly actually helps allot. My main gripe was with who gets to be the leader, not everyone who gets the crown has any idea how to use it. they wont even through up a thumbs up mid mission.

Man, that would be perfect for that gun. I always thought the Whip was its superior but even in its prime it wasn't as cheap as Shakura.
  At least with the Whip you had to shoot it to make it work which would also obviously use up ammunition but now you have a shotgun (which in its own rite is pretty damn good) that can crowd control an area without ever having to show your face.

I had a Valeria on HBAT who hid by the second turret the entire time under cover and just readjusted the aim of the einstein rosen bridge and attacked the team while never showing her face until someone barely managed to get past her ability then with the help of the grunts shot up anyone that got close.

Also I forgot to mention can we implement a way to request to take a leadership from others and if they don't respond it will be taken. I say this cause when it lands on a new player they don't know what the Icon means and when in a mission they not once use it to even let out a single thumbs up.

I only did a few missions with the new communication system and I have to say, I love it but it took a little getting used to, what with accidentally saying can someone get the switch and they say yes when you mean to say ill get it cause I’m right in front of it. That being said I found myself when in a leadership role seeing whats available and which command should I be inputting right now and much to my surprise, when sending it out correctly my teams in various missions (With random players) began listening and giving there own initiatives which often lead to a very smooth mission.

Also on a little side note was the "Group up" command removed?
Well that aside I noticed other important Commands and initiatives were missing such as:
*When carrying a Canister on short Fused or noticing someone carrying it you can say (Command) Defend the Canister or Defend me while I transport the Canister.

When going out to collect Aleph for the Monolith: "Guard the Monolith from the Looters" or I'm going to Guard the monolith"

*And when taking down the final barrier on a Low Blow you can say "I'll attack the Grunts" or Someone Take Care of the Grunts!" so the rest of the team can focus on shooting the barrier.

*When you have 5x Aleph and are heading to an extractor to blow it up you see a Shae shooting at it and you want to say “STOP” or “Don’t Shoot the Extractor”

Also, When an Antagonist is in your mission the Communications tab get a little tighter. Seeing that I thought maybe that’s why there isn’t too many commands but then I thought about other games and there solutions to this problem.

In a now retired game, Paragon had a communication system where it opened up categories on a wheel that lead to more in depth forms of communications. One for enemies and there activities, allies and giving them warnings, forms of compliments and so on.


Apex legends has an Amazing ping system where you hover over an object, enemy in the distance or what ever and and a wheel opens up that gives out “Vocal” commentary on what it is you want to say which is heard by all allies.


It would be great to hear our Raiders actually talk outside of those intercoms. You can input your going after the Elites with Ginebra and have her say something like “I’m not used to chasing after men but a jobs a job.”

yeah especially since we only now have two survival phases to work with, we should have that score replaced with something more meaningful like the amount of damage dealt or  amount of time spent without dying.

Yes this is perfect. For real i like the idea of a rush mission, get in go ham and get out. Also (In case I missed this) but it should go without saying that only one Antag can enter per mission even if the first one was royally ass-kicked.

yeah agreed. Ginebra and Master of Puppets aside I agree that this is going to be a pretty big pill to swallow i'm going to just wait and see how it feels in a practical setting.

I said this on the Youtube comments but for me on an average Mentor match, two rotations of Aleph pools gets sucked up pretty quickly by careless players without an Antagonist present. Now add one semi-competent Antag on a difficult mission, say White Noise and your looking at a potential shit-show.

I suppose Ill just have to wait and see

There really is no coming back from something like this, it will annihilate the remaining raider playerbase, situation is bad as is but once ppl keep on racking those unfair/underserved loses to antagonists they are going to leave and not look back

Man if I had a quarter every time I heard that kind of stuff I would be able to buy all the cosmetics and characters in this game.
