Title: Rak has some questionable stuff
Post by: lokoangel48 on October 12, 2018, 11:13:38 AM
So is he supposed to one shot people with his grenades while also pushing them. Not to mention it goes through Lycus shield. The most damage I recieved from Rak grenades while using a defensive card set was 2600 DMG.

he does decent damage, but i think that number is misleading, i remember receiving something close to 2000 damage with lune and was only wounded, i doubt a local can manage that amount of damage.

His damage is average compared to other characters. You were probably getting shot by other enemies at the same time.

Shepherd's damage physics and the readout are unreliable, don't trust those.

I have taken 900 dmg as Hans and still had like 40hp left. I've taken 1600 as Hive and just got wounded. The shots bounce and crit randomly and I'm sure there's some weird interaction going on with that, but I've taken some huge numbers and survived, so I would not trust those to be accurate in this particular case.

I have encountered a Rak b4 what i dont like is how the bombs push and hurt you then explode and hurt you again. Ive actually been downed by the bomb itself and not the explosions.
