Gameplay Feedback / Re: Mmr is this game biggest problem

It's pretty dumb this makes healing cards/weapons useless in high mmrs since your health just dissapears without a chance to recover.

What is the weapon's build and your card build?
Well the only stats you can build it for are caliber and arsenal so i maxed those out, the other options are treasure hunter and affiliation. Hmm for cards i rarely use alicia so don't know much about her popular cards so i just went with maelstrom and support. Idk if regen cards or damage cards even affect the healing on her gun  but they probably don't and if they did you would need over 400% increase to make it viable.

Honestly the damage and fire rate are fine for what it's meant to be but the healing is terrible. Only seen it heal for 4 which isn't going to save anyone lol. I feel like it should be increased to at least 15 hp and even that might be too low.

I think it should block all projectile damage (Rock & Roll, Javelin, etc...), although the push back makes sense, because it's pushing your shield and so you. At lease it shouldn't do damage.
Yeah that would make the ability a lot more useful, right now so many things can just get through it you're better off just dodging and avoiding bullets all together.

This ability needs a buff a lot of the council enemies guns just go through the shield and it also doesn't protect from knockbacks and staggers. Feels kinda useless when doing council stages.

Wow so many things to look forward to, just hoping some of these costumization options aren't cash shop only.

I won all the matches except the last one i just rage quited and closed the game we had a dc and a lv 1. wasn't gonna stick around for that mess. I play games to have fun not to be stressed out.

Yeah, nothing like ruining the game for everyone because it wasn't easy for you. It's like watching skyline jump off a cliff repeatedly because the team wasn't good enough for him.

I agree that the rewards for the amount of effort simply isn't worth it but to promote such selfish behavior is deplorable. Better to just suck it up and take a break after the match is over.
How is that deplorable? The fact that you expect 2 players to carry a 4 player co-op match with an antagonist spam killing the lv 1 is just idiotic.

Tbh there's so many weapons that can 1-2 shot players nerfing just R&R seems kinda pointless.

No you can 2 shot with it NOW. It used to one shot people at maximum distance. You also have to take into consideration Rate of Fire, Range and spread. Sure, other weapons can one or two shot, but they are balanced by a really low RoF or you have to be really precise.

Smoking Daisy can one shot wound with a cartridge, but you can only unload one. Harec can one shot kill but has to reload each time and aim well. Doldren has to get head shots. Shae has to lock on. Etc... old R&R you would just shoot in the general direction of the screen and hold down the button and fire 3 shots in one second, the fist wounding the following killing. In other words, there's no skill or balance. But it's been nerfed now.
Oh wow i didn't know that, must have been even more annoying to deal with back then.

Decided to get on a few matches today but 5 mentor matches with antagonist back to back and I'm already drained. I guess I'm done for the day, might get on tomorrow looking forward to the update.

Yeah I don't see how anyone can complain about it being optional. Forcing pvpers and pvers to clash is not a good way to develop a community, it can only breed more toxicity. I think they shoukd atleast do a poll vote so see how many people actually want it to be optional or not.

With the new F2P model we have welcomed tens of thousands of new players. These new users are very important for the future of game, and in time they will develop their skills and become really good players.

We implemented the mentor matches to support to reward veterans who give a helping hand to the rookies. We are aware that the system is not 100% fine-tuned, and we are thinking about ways to improve it, including increasing the rewards for the mentors.

Also we are addressing the disconnections issue, and we have devised a solution we think you will like and that will come out in the near future ;-)
Thank you for all the responses you've been giving us recently. Also are you guys doing anything about the long waiting time for matchmaking? Even with all these new players sometimes it can take over 5 minutes to find a match.

Spacelords Universe / Re: Lower Level Requirement For Final Missions
 on: September 19, 2018, 03:54:22 PM
Hi everyone!

We are aware of the high demand for Blueprints from high level players. The rationale behind entering a new reward tier after level 40 is offering advanced players like yourself more opportunities to earn even more rewards by playing more often -something veteran players usually like to do.

However, the next Spacelords big update coming out Thursday 20th will tweak and improve this system. We are confident you will find these changes pleasing.

Spacelords is a live game, that we are constantly refining and improving thanks to your feedback. Please, keep it up!
Wow thank you I'm really looking forward to this update now. This is great news but I do hope you guys do something about duplicate blueprints like give us extra gold or faction points if we do get one and don't give us duplicates until we have collected all the blueprints on that character.
