Title: Better checkpoints

Missions need better checkpoints in cases the host drops. Each mission objective completed (i.e.. destroying a tank, destroying all the tentacles,filling a lyre sphere point ) should pop a checkpoints.

I'd love to know how the game remembers how long you've spent in the mission and how many lives you've lost (the two largest factors in rewards), but it can't remember that you've filled 90% of a progress bar.

Host migrations are guaranteed lowest rewards possible because you will get no time bonus at all, and likely have a lot more lives lost or even outright lose due to survives.
