AS the title says being the antagonist is a waste of time. Its 1.5 vs 4 nothing to make it enjoyable or even equal. Its just 4 vs 1 and the 1 is the exact same as the 1 of the 4, The antagonist would need 300% health and 150% damage to make it anything close to a competition. U can finally get 16 kills and have a 1% hope of winning but then u get 1 shot by the sniper and half your time limit is gone before u revive. Plus it feels like other people have more health in last stand mode than normal. I played as victor and took down the aussie chick in 4-5 seconds but when they are crawling they magically don't die even If I shot them 10 times. The grunts are good for 2 seconds of distraction but then 2 people can just come up and grapple u while you shoot the third.  It seems like no game company ever actually plays their games to test ideas. even if your on a roll Halec can just project onto a high spot and 1 shot you.  Game would be cool for actual multiplayer like 10v10 but antagonist feels like a last minute F@(k it add this in
Lol i can't tell if this is a joke... first off, I don't know any characters named Victor... secondly I've never lost with the antagonist, so I would have to be some kind of God in order to get something with a 1% chance consistently. You just need to be aware or what the composition is, the map, what your playstyle is, and various other things. Also you have to be VERY methodical, don't just spawn and run at a Konstantine as he will probably mow you down right away. Instead, try to go for their backline. Also in order to craft weapons you need antagonist ranks, so there's plenty of reason

I'm fine with the Mission ending, but it should also count toward progress. It's not our fault if we're playing well enough that an Antagonist ragequits.
It does count towards progress, but it's still really lame when you wait half a year and it ends

Before I begin I just want to clarify I'm not making this post to complain, more just to better understand what's going on.Does anyone actually know the cause of the extremely long queue times? It's weird because during the closed beta which had presumably fewer players since less people had access, the queues felt much faster than they did with the open beta. I was hoping the wait time would be reduced when it got to the open beta and then with launch, but I really don't know... that's why I'm trying to figure out what the problem is. Was it somehow a lack of players, some faulty matchmaking, or something else entirely?

I've been getting into season matches pretty easily, not super quick, but also not that bad. Antagonist matches are a different story, they have been taking quite awhile.

Why in the world is this a feature? This is honestly a really horrible idea... Even evolve didn't try to make you play as the monster in order to progress with the trappers. I'm not really sure what the logic here is either. Some people aren't even interested in PvP, let alone playing as the very stressful antagonist. Forcing people to play one of the most frustrating roles (very rewarding and fun for those who enjoy it like myself) just to progress is just not a good idea. Not everyone wants to play as the antagonist... And locking some of the better weapons behind fairly high ranks seems kind of absurd. On top of all that, you have to wait half a century just to play as an antagonist... When you could just be playing as the raiders.

Will we have any of the progress we make in the open beta transfer over to the full game? I know it wasn't possible for the closed, but I'm really hoping maybe the open will be able to.

Gameplay Feedback / Hanging by a thread super enemies

I'm talking about the enemies that give you alef in the final stage of hanging by a thread. I don't know if it's just me, but it feels like they are a bit tankier. Punching them to death is no longer super effective and guns only do a bit of damage. I actually really love this, because before when you saw them it was pretty easy to handle them. This will make it a bit easier for the antagonist. I never saw antagonists win on that map, but I'm hoping this changes that. Now there needs to be a bit of strategy and coordination when dispatching them. Which leads me to my next point, some kind of coms would be really nice because there are times when "follow me" spam is just too vague. For example it would be nice to ask people how they'd like to handle various objectives. Anyways really hyped for launch, definitely buying.

I don't know if that's true. Because the score we got when the antagonist left wasn't very high. And the antagonist wastes the time of the raiders, so I feel that the game should either keep on going after the antagonist leaves, or up the rewards to compensate

I actually never see Konstantine as the antagonist. His gun and ability are really strong, but his mobility is the worst of all the characters. As someone who plays Alicia a lot, I've never had problems against some. He can't secure kills like some of the other characters can due to him being so slow. He can down you and if he tries to run to you, the rest of the team can mow him down.

Sorry but not from the closed beta. It's been a period of wild testing for us, the beta is a very different experience from the one you will enjoy when you play the actual game.
Do we at least get something cool for participating in the beta? Like a title, a skin, Idk something. Especially for the people who climbed the ranks as an antagonist
