Title: Refund raider?

Is there any way to refund a character? i have played for so many hours to buy ginebra.had seen gameplays, but since I do not have a way to test, I ended up buying and I did not like it,is there any way to refund ? or I will need to spend more time

As the game is right now yes,  you will not be able to get your money back unfortunately.
