Suggestions / Re: Include an option to turn off antagonist mode?

Right, but Tovio said they wanted to experience the story without being stopped by an antagonist, which you can easily do in solo. You are right, there's an incentive for teamplay and it is necessary to play multiplayer to get blueprints and such, but I don't think that was the most important factor for this particular person.

Gameplay Feedback / Re: Harec buff

while I do agree that Harec feels somewhat underpowered as the antagonist, I don't think any of the proposals you made would really make him fair, but slightly OP instead. I would instead suggest removing the smoke trail that indicates his inbetween of being in stalking position or returning to his original spot. That would allow Harec to be much more stealthy with his stalking setups since people can't just trace the big black blob flying through the air and then instantly shoot him down when he arrives at his stalking spot.

Two other options would be; making the teleport back and forth much faster, making it easier and more interesting to time the ability so the enemy doesn't see it. Or just making the smoke trail less obvious. Removing it completely seems a little overkill for me when looking at it from the raiders point of view, so just making it smaller and faster would probably work better and be more fair for both parties.

Gameplay Feedback / The price for loadout slots.
 on: September 27, 2017, 02:20:11 AM
So I have gotten some weapons and cards for my favourite characters, one of them konstantin. After trying out his alternate minigun you can get in the prologue, I feel kinda iffy about it, and I want to be able to choose which gun to use from the character select screen.

So why in the world do loadout slots cost real money? This, added with the fact that I can't customize loadouts in the character select before a battle, makes me feel like I have to pre-prepare and stick to only one playstyle with each character instead of having options. I don't want shill out even more cash for a game feature that I feel should be open to all.

If the loadout slots cost a ridiculous amount of in-game gold, like 50000 or something like that, I would be more alright with it, it's another money sink and the loadouts would probably be used more for cards anyway. But requiring real money just to be able to have more choice during character select seems kinda weird and greedy to me.

Alternatively, let people customize the one loadout they do get in the character select, so they can make adjustments if need be. I know it'll pretty much make loadouts useless, so it's not the best solution, but I just can't bring myself to spend even more cash for a small, but crucial gameplay feature.

Spacelords Universe / Re: How to build a weapon?

I have to ask what antagonist rank is up in the top right corner in the main menu, because your antagonist rank remains the same until the timer in the league of antagonist ends. Basically, even if you have rank 18 on the scoreboard, you're still whatever rank you started out with, like 00 for most new people, and you have to wait until the timer ends to get the new rank.

I would say that you can play the missions on solo first, on whatever difficulty fits you. While you don't get to have a team to play with, it does let you experience the story, and a team isn't absolutely necessary to enjoy the gameplay anyway.
