Problem with Harec is the difference between mouse and controller players. Then its the ping. and finally his ability, stalk, which has a lots of frames of invincibility and can be spammed. From 5 to 8 seconds of cooldown and the sniper will be balanced in terms of playstyle. Ignis was nerfed, not hard, but you can play around it.

There are some people who throw themselves all the time to lose the game, or get the Aleph to die against the AI willingly because they know that raiders have limited lives. A block feature would be cheered... Even with the not-so-high playerbase.

And some kind of message system. The orders wheel is not enough to communicate with the other players.

Not even 3 months and changing again the Aleph system! Good one, the guinea pigs have been working hard for your game. Make up your mind, this isn't some minor changes to upgrade the game. This is just you not knowing what to do.

And the balance of raiders...

This one...:

       - Schneider's maximum HP sets to 70 while his drone is deployed.

Pretty much stupid, the hacker has been here for almost a year and a half and now you make this change. Maybe you should make him shoot peas instead of bullets... Oh, yeah. He already does that with his main weapon. That was his downside. Who asked for this again?

I knew it. The Sudden Death patch was the start of the fall.

By the way, two blueprints for new players, woah. Nice kick in the guts to your veterans players. Even with the rare 33%. If you are going to do this joke at least erase the duplicate mechanic.

But what to expect from this game. Same thing over and over again. Meh.

Pay to win after free to play after pay to play. Same way yo lvl Up but you have to pay for your levels.

And you can't even complain.

Everyone seems to love this new thing. For me is a no-go because this is not really a team-based feature.  Short Fuse was something like a beta and they change it. Now we got it again.

People who jumps off to a cliff make me lose even harder (who knows why they do this), newbies drink lives like there is no tomorrow, I have lost a game without dying a single time... And still getting the 999 ping games/30+min long.

But oh well. Now you can communicate! Sorta. Kinda. I would kill for the chance to tell someone that he is a bad host. (Is really that hard to make something like Monster Hunter World? Custom orders?)

Dunno for others, but I'm taking a long break in this patch. At least the player base seems to enjoy the game more than ever and thats a good thing.

Just remember. Don't punch the scientist in In Shock.

I spectate some game this morning, "In shock". Was about 25 min, almost 30. They lost to Kuzmann because of Sudden Death... And being honest, they deserved the win. They were trying so hard. It was a long, painful and undeserved lost because they just didn't have the forge or lvls for that MMR.

So, yeah. This didn't really improve the balance, just created an unfair feature in PVE. People will continue manipulating the flawed MMR system. Is the easiest thing to do in Spacelords if you want to win everytime.

P.D.: Not much before, in Twitter, you were the ones congratulating an antagonist for making a 55 min time match against some raiders. Now is toxic behaviour? Why the change of heart?

Just for the record, a veteran Ginebra can outrun good old hansome Kuzmann (and others) for HOURS, with sudden death or not. And without raiders to shoot, you probably can't kill her with your arcs! Pretty neat, uh? She can escape a loooooooong time until you ragequit, thus making the raiders win.

Because anything else would be toxic.

I'm sure that you can do something special. Probably more lore related than the game itself (always happens with personal projects). Go for it and don't pay attention to any toxic comment here.

Bear in mind, do it four yourself because its for you and you are going to have fun making it, not because Spacelords needs more players or anything.

I think the game is too much challenging for a 34% MMR. It's 3 out of 10, not even normal. In almost every other game that difficulty should be a piece of cake, why is hard as hell here?

It's not that amusing because the balance between fun and challenge is broken.

Bad thing is as a company, MSE wants to appeal most of the players out there. With this set up the game is slowy dying, because is full of flaws, result of trying to balance PVE and PVP game in one. Evolve had the same idea, and where is it now? Yeah, this is going to happen here as well because you don't let people like the game mechanics, even if they love the world. There is no more than that here, potential players going away and less people to play = no benefits for MSE.

That's all that matters.
