Gameplay Feedback / Impressions about difficulty of the missions

Hello.
I presume (but please correct me if wrong) that difficulty of the mission scales with the raider rank of the players. In the last few days in the score screen it was always around 47%-50% for me.
And in my opinion it begins to be very challenging to complete a mission.

- Mobs (tiny plastic man): are much resistant to shoots and meele, dodge a lot
and do a lot of damage ( 2 shot of their shotgun and u are near death even with Kostantin)
-Elites: The fatty ones from wardogs sometimes comes already "in berserk mode" but without aleph charge from killing a raider, theay also dodge a lot when in normal status.
Snipers: healt regen increase drammaticaly.
Special troops Capitans: ( seems to me that normally they run just when a raider is dying and relatively close) with high difficulty sometimes they run even if the closest raider is on 50 meters to him and not damaged.
Uras shadows and Cute Demon Dogs: Shadows stay less time on ground and transform in dogs much faster. Also Uras legs moves faster when u shoot balls.

This is a lot of my personal impressions (maybe is just my immagination) and if possible i would like a clarification from devs.

If some of this impressions are true:
You plan to balance this just with weapon power?
Or maybe some hidden resistace stat or new cards?
