According to reports, it seems the game runs fine on Linux via Steam Play
Current situation needs more players. Supporting Linux by making the game work in Steam Play(Proton) can bring linux gamers.

How's MSE view on Linux as gaming platform ?

Minor and low player base. Supporting PC, PS4, and Xbox is handful already.

I am not against Linux, though.
