Title: Unable to load to the menu

When loading the account the screen frezzes until and arror box appears saying "The servers couldn't connect with you". I have activated the steam code in the second or third weekend but I haven't played anything because of this.
I have windows 10 Home, AMD A8-7410 with Radeon R5 graphics, I'm located in México and 40Mbps with optical fiber
