I'm not sure about the answer (guess is 100 MMR). However on discord they said it will change to a max score of 12 which might make 10 easier to achieve.

If you want a perfect 10 and want to know the gold reward, win as antag. If you win fast enough against players of a similar MMR, you should get a 10 without much hassle.

I think fortnite had a problem like that, but it got worse since some console players had a mouse and keyboard.
I think it's fine the way it is, Shae is specifically meant as a good sniper & console choice.
But it's probably tougher to play Iune or Harec on console. Still I've met console players with a darn good aim.

Yes, that's what I did, the messages that I read on discord didn't bother me, and they are always quickly gone if they don't interest me. However the forum topics with all caps are still an eyesore.

Furthermore, I am pro censorship, when it regards the form of the message. I am rarely pro censorship when it regards the content. As I mentioned, on the forum I see the same arguments, the same non-constructive feedback in a form where it's (in my opinion) just whining and complaining and not accepting other views or decisions my the devs. I don't go to the Mario-Kart forums and complain that it hasn't enough blood, or that I want an antag.
The developers seem pretty clear that their game differentiates itself from other, in that it has antags. And my suggestions does not lessen this aspect, no person that play with (or as) antag has to wait longer because of it.
Thusly, please keep the aspect of the developers in mind. If you give constructive feedback, think about how much time (work & money) it needs to implement, how it doesn't remove their vision of the game and how other people don't have to wait longer in a queue because if it.

I hope you understand my arguments and I hope you found them constructive for your posts.

I've read on the (nonofficial) discord, that complaining about antags is reason for bans.
While the complaints didn't bother me there, they bother me here,  especially when people write in all caps, repeat the same message over different threads and don't bring new suggestions/demands/arguments.

This being said, I understand that some people would prefer to play without antag.

Suggestion: In options, make a "no antag" option. And only if all 4 raiders have this option crossed, then the game will not have an antag. So in a random match with people, that's unlikely. But if you and your three friends would really enjoy the game without it, then you won't get antag. It would also help players find together to help them with their mission rewards and team up for that. And teaming up and working together is always great for the community.

Assuming (wrongly) that some people would only play without antag, this would allow them to play with their friends and waiting queues would not be longer for the rest.

2 other things I want to get off my chest:
- if you don't believe that a game is good/fun or will ever be good/fun, don't play it, don't post on the forum.
- to all the mods, devs & so on, I hope you are aware that it might be a very vocal minority that complain about specific things. It still feels bad reading it over and over again and I'm glad you're on discord as well, where you can see & read that people are having lots of fun with your wonderful game, even without censorship.

it seems to me, that you are a very casual player, which isn't a bad thing. But some rewards are only given to those, that put more hours in, and that's fine.
It is true though, that the game is hard on people that play only for 1-2 hours per week.

On the plus side, it's not pay to win, even the starter characters have their strengths and you'll get matches with your tier that should be fine.

So I hope you either enjoy the casual aspects or find a game better suited for casual players, which gives you rewards faster.

2. Placelord, you're thinking about overall damage, but think about it this way: While tanking Kuzman, you need half a clip (as example, sometimes a third is enough). Without bigger clip, you can shoot 10 shots before shield and reloading, with larger clip you can shoot 15 shots before shield and reloading.

So it's not useless, but it is way less useful than it could have been, and other cards are probably a better fit now. I'm going with fade to black and professional probably, since recoil and spread of barrier are already good.

Hi, I asked already on Discord. Nobody was sure and it was suggested that I ask MSE directly.

Mikash Barrier weapon uses the rest of the clip to convert it as a shield. The shield seems to have 2 variables, duration and HP.
If I use the clip with 50% (10 out of 20) bullets left, the shield starts with 50% HP and I believe full duration.

What is the effect of spiral clip to the shield? Does it have 50% more HP (since I use 30 bullets to spawn it)? Does it change anything of the max duration?

Or is it more like you use 100% of the clip then you get 100% shield, not regarding how big the clip is?

the PvE argument is a good one. Stalking: min. of 1 second downtime would be useful.
Perhaps crit rounds should never count as headshots, thus requiring two shots to kills. Downing with 1 shot is already good enough. To counter this perhaps it should get another buff like shooting through people if there is one behind another.

Top 5:
1. Naked Loath, too bad we had the pixel bug and now I know he's smooth as Ken under there
2. Hive - Nityat, she actually looks like a warrior, I don't like her other skins
3. Schneider base - Not overly muscular, fun, colourful.
4. Harec - Elite corp - I don't like his hair
5. Lycus - Prussion soldier - I like Lycus style in general, but his normals arms are fine.

Worst:
1. Valeria Harvester - ugliest bumblebee I've ever seen. It's a cross between Rastafarian and a hornet, and her default looks really good.
2. Alicia Reborn - Alicias face is bad, her team-profile-pic is really bad and that body is the worst. She looks very british though, in the worst way. Only Elite-Corp reminds me of tank-girl-movie which I like a bit.
3. Schneider Aneska - Just not my style, too flashy
4. Doldren - 90% about him sucks, looks, codpiece, gameplay, weapon, emotes, ....
5. Ginebra, you need to pay 4500 to not see her face ... that says a lot.

Hi, at around lvl 200 I figured out, that if you keep "2" pressed, the goal-tips get very specific and would actually help.
On discord people agree, that no beginners knows that.

It seems to me, that this would help beginners a lot, but they don't know it. Why aren't these specific tips on by default. Feel free to have people change it in settings, just like ping/fps etc. Some might even light no tips at all.

I think this wouldn't take much time to program, but it sure would help a hell of a lot.

the other explained it pretty well. So you'll need to shoot at a distance.

A recommendation for the future: press (and keep pressed) 2 on your keyboard so the ingame tips are more precise.

Watch youtube-videos or ask on discord in advance, before entering a new map, or it will be a pain.
Thanks for pulling through it though and asking, once you understand what to do, it will be way more fun.

Hey, I just started playing for Harec. I've forged the easter egg (forge 20) and it was nice, but I feel your pain. I liked the AoE effect. The enemy within was horrible though, couldn't do much.
Now I've forged the Ignis and it's amazing, even against bosses. Kuzmans level is now so easy, reliably 1600 damage on a headshot (with one of the 5 crit rounds). I can highly recommend it.

I don't know about the other ones, but I get why most people use the Ignis.

MMR doesn only partially solve this. A tier 1 in a game with three tier - will have a way easier time.

But might I suggest other benefits of being low level, so that you don't have to learn everything at once:
lvl 1-10: being immune to grapples (not punches)
lvl 1-20: being immune to orb or aleph explosions
lvl 1-30: only being damaged by beholder ray
lvl 1:10: getting ammo, when killing mob with a shot
lvl 1:15: getting Aleph from elites, when killing them with a shot.
lvl 1-20: mission objectives (F-button) will happen immediatly and not take time.
lvl 1-30: you don't show your aleph signature to an antagonist
lvl 1-5: your death doesn't decrease counter (just like Hewey)
lvl 1-10: you can respawn while in a survive counter
etc.

And everytime a benefit stops, you should get a clear message in the level up screen that explains what you have to do from now on.

hey, quick question: do you still know the map and who the antagonist was?

if it was hanging by a thread and a Valeria spawncamped you with her portal (and Shakura), then I'm really sorry :(

Sometimes the Antag doesn't stand a chance, sometimes it's frustrating for the team, which is more rare, and worse, since it takes longer for the Antag to win, than for the team.

Anyhow, it's true that the game is more unnerving than other games, especially with antagonist and with underperforming players, I get emotional. But to be fair, that's a good reason for me to keep playing, my emotional investment.
If you don't get what you want from the game, take a break for a couple of months and come back when you're open minded enough. They wrote that they are working on a tutorial. I'm hoping for the best.
