Gameplay Feedback / Re: Overpriced Skins
 on: September 07, 2018, 10:40:32 AM
They clearly have a problem with monetization:
Too few things to buy and most of them are too expensive.

Like I said in another topic, they need to make their skin prices cheaper and more consistent: for each character, normal skins at 400 MSP and deluxe/premium ones at 1200 MSP for instance.
But I will never put more in a skin!

They also need to add color palettes for instance, at 400 MSP (?) to further customize the skins we buy, and so on.

Boosters for gold and faction points could also be added, as well as XP boosters lasting several days (and not just several games), all that for a certain amount of MSP (200 for 3 days, 500 for a week, 1500 for a month maybe ?)

They could also add weapon skins, this kind of stuff.

But keeping on with skins @4500 MSP (that were at 9000! at one point ...) is plain dumb and blind ... a shame.

Suggestions / Re: Passive bonus' for character specific Skins

"Pay 2 win" means that you have to pay, to win.

In my idea, you would be able to put any attribute on the default skin as well and be "as good" as any player who would have bought one, so not p2w, which is different from OP idea where the attributes were fixed for each skin leading to players forced to buy a skin to have a specific attribute.

Hi.

To unlock a new campaign, you must complete the current one.
I don't know if it means that you must win the last mission or every mission of the current campaign.

Then, when coming back to the menu, you'll have Cortez telling you that you can now unlock a new campaign. You must then go in the adventure menu and click on another campaign to unlock it.

I had the same issue and, on the forums, someone told me that you must get a score of 7 to unlock the next campaign, but I haven't confirmed that yet.

But there is still a bug: even getting Cortez and having a tooltip telling me to unlock a new campaign, I couldn't do so and had to re launch the game, but it worked after that.

Hope it helps

Hi.

- I was playing the mission where you fight Marmalade (last one from the Umbra Wardog campaign)
- Playing Alicia, in a public team
- It was the 2nd phase of the mission (1st part of the fight)

The "pig" has to load and when at 100%, you have to overload it with aleph.
During the overloading phase, when Marmalade is spitting fire in front of him, I was getting damage ticks at high frequence, like if I was standing in the flames ... when I wasn't.
I could go anywhere on the map, but I was still getting damaged and killed in a few seconds.

The team managed to win anyway but it was really annoying!

Thanks

Gameplay Feedback / Re: Duplicated blueprints stacking ?
 on: September 06, 2018, 09:44:31 AM
Thanks again Draco.
And another bad design idea then: It's been days I only got blue or rare  duplicates that are wasted...great.

Duplicates should stack, at least, and we should be able to sell them for gold, so it would still be nice to get them.

In my idea, you would also be able to put an attribute on the default skin so no, not p2w.

Players who buy skins would just have more choices but not "better" attributes free players can't get.
Again, not p2w

Yeah, something for duplicates is becoming to be needed: every last blue or rare blueprint I got were duplicates!
I didn't got a new one for days and it's becoming boring ...
(even more when you think about the forge issue after that to build your weapon for the price of unlocking a new character ...)

Gameplay Feedback / Duplicated blueprints stacking ?
 on: September 05, 2018, 11:14:13 AM
Hi.

I've had several duplicated blueprints but since I haven't built weapons lately, and that there is no number attached to blueprints, I was wondering if they were stacking ?

I mean, if I build 1, will I still have a blueprint available after it ?

Thank you

Suggestions / Re: [Cinema mode] Add every cutscenes + more options

I was watching the video while posting this topic ;)
But sure, having it ingame without all the loadings would be nice.

Suggestions / [Cinema mode] Add every cutscenes + more options
 on: September 05, 2018, 10:37:25 AM
Hi.

For starters, I really like the cinema mode!

But some missions have several cutscenes ("A breath of hope" has 4!) that can't be seen in cinema mode so if you just watch the prologue + epilogue of a mission, there are story holes!

I would love to be able to see every cutscene of a mission in the mode.
(unlocked once you've completed the mission for instance, like the epilogue)

Also, if you could add a "play all for that mission", "play all for that campaign" and a "play all" options, it would be really great!

Thank you

Thanks Draco, that was the issue then!

I don't have friends playing the game and always search for public games.

The condition should be more explicit because, from my point of view, I was clearly playing in a team.

Thanks again.

And apart the p2w, it would lead players to choose a skin for it's attribute and not for it looks, which is not nice.

Personally, I wouldn't like that: a skin should just change the looks.

Or, from your idea, a way to add an attribute to a skin: like the cards or blueprints, a way to get a random attribute on any skin, with some normal ones and rare ones could be an idea.

It would void the p2w argument, and would cost some factions points and / or gold to add the attribute to the skin.

Suggestions / Re: Forge needs a rework
 on: September 05, 2018, 10:20:28 AM
Hi.

Your idea is interesting but it would force players to build a weapon 30 times to get it to max level which would cost a lot!

An idea I had for the forge would be to allow us to build at any level below or equal to our current one.
For example, I'm currently at forge level 5, so I would be able to build my weapons at a forge level 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5.

This would allow me to test new weapons by building them at lvl 1 or 2 for instance, and if I like them (and get a new blueprint) I could build them at lvl 5.

I clearly agree with OP when saying that the current system hurts the player.
I've simply stopped building weapons because it costs too much for a weapon I don't even know (17k gold for a normal, 66K for a rare).

It's really a shame and I would love a system that encourages players to test weapons and to be happy when they get a blueprint or when their forge level increases; currently, I'm not happy when my forge level increases and I don't build weapon since forge lvl 3 so ...

Again yesterday evening: 4 boosters if "play with a team"
Played in public, we were 4 and won the mission but no boosters ...

Very annoying

Hi.

When I first tried Raiders of the broken planet, there was a tutorial mission you played solo with Harrec, to introduce the mechanics and world, which was really more welcoming than the current 2 online missions unlocked when you don't even understand the game you've just lauched
(saying this because a friend tried the game and was not really happy by his first impressions)

Thanks.
