They should have that data saved. I would think they would keep tabs on a player's level for their analytics. It shouldn't be too hard to see what a player's level was before today. Well, that's how I might go about starting to fix it. I found out before I even started the game so I guess I could be safe. Others are just not going to log in once they find out so there will be a steep drop in players more than usual until this gets sorted.

Almost everything is held server-side, very little is stored client-side. This has been confirmed in discord, and also is easily identifiable if you try and play the game without your network connection turned on.

If you delete your game and files and re-download, as Brent has done once, you don't lose progress, you pretty much just have to re-accept the EULA, and re-play the missions to be able to play antagonist on them.

I'd only worry about overlapping data which is why I will just wait. I get from what I've read it's not receiving the appropriate data but not sure if it's still sending and possibly overwriting should I do a match or two. Though, this is enough to make people not play... so I wouldn't be able to play anyways lol!
