Recently I used the option to call the ship early, something that cost 4k if I'm not wrong, and lost 40k afterwards.

yup, not a bug, it is a 40k price tag. Wayyyyyy high in probably everyone's opinion as a single win is barely worth 4k much less 40...... but "working as intended"
