I would only use max affiliation or bounty hunter if I'm in a pre-made squad. Most of the time in solo queue you end up having to hard carry, because the game decides it's a good idea to put low lvs into high level player matches 90% of the time. Which makes it impossible to bring those farming weapons.

So, I've acquired over 6k in status (purple currency). At the moment all you can buy, with it, are utterly useless jukeboxes. About as useful as tits on a bull. Are you going to be giving more 'useful' goods for us to purchase in the near future?

The Status currency is not meant to be spent on "useful goods", since it has a more festive-like philosphy.
For the moment we'll be using it just for disco balls, so no need to save it for later, just let loose and start dancing. :)


This is a terrible decision, nobody is going to spend all their status coins on some disco balls. If they can't think of anything better just let us buy loadouts and temporary cosmetics. Like maybe we could buy a melee weapon for 3 days of use for 1k status, but if we wanted it permanently we would still need to buy it with mercury points. You can do the same with skins, this might even encourage more players to purchase the skin permanently if they really like it. I would prefer something more unique but it seems like that isn't happening.

These status coins feel like a slap in the face right now.

Back in the day, one would just keep leveling up to 999lv without any new sort of rewards involved. The Status currency works as a substitute of sorts to the level thing, it's just meant be a funny, non-gameplay-related way to show your status to the other players (hence its name).
We could show our "STATUS" better with unique skins or cosmetics we could only purchase with these coins but ok. It's mse's decision and I can't change it. Tbh I'd rather have my levels show again so players can actually see my "status", instead of disco balls. That's just my opinion but you guys keep doing what you're doing I'm sure it's working out well.

so, if i understood you, you let low lvl alone, with a higher AI difficulty because of you, and an even higher difficulty because of your desertion, and maybe against an antag they won't be able to handle easier as you could, just because you won't be able to beat your score, and so you'll want devs to help you being a selfish coward ?
Why are you trying to put the blame on him? It's clearly mse's fault for putting him in a match with players much lower level than him. The point of the whole mmr thing is to match us with players of similar skill and level but it doesn't matter how high your mmr is they still put you into matches you shouldn't be part of.

Guys. If MSE added a system where players could turn off the option to have an antagonist invade their game then every player in the game would turn it off and leave it off. They might as well just scrap antagonist from the game all together if they do this.

I get annoyed fighting an antagonist on certain missions like "Fistful of Sand" or "Beast's Liar" because its extremely easy for antagonist to win. Kill the protector or use Valeria's Shakura to shut down the bridge aka the only way to cross other than Alicia who can float over or a Harec or can maybe possibly kill the Valeria. However, for the most part I enjoy fighting an antagonist whenever it is a challenge and not just unfair gameplay.

However, if MSE is going to make an antagonist free game then I would suggest a solo queue that you can invite friends to. This solo queue provides less rewards (because lets face it in the current state of the game the adds are useless at mmr 40 or lower) and if you lose the mission it will not go towards the pot. By "less rewards" I mean majorly low. around 500 gold, 500 talent points, xp doesn't matter it can be whatever MSE wants it or as whatever people complain about what it should be.
Don't worry mse has said plenty of times it won't be happening.

This would be cool and all but I can see people exploiting it with certain characters. Like just spawning on top of raiders with konstantin and using his ability to push everyone off the stage. Or spawning right behind someone with sah duh to get a free kill, sure you will die right after but at least you will always secure a kill each respawn. Just give me the ability to turn off antags and I will be fine with any changes they make to the antag system.

This post is from 2017 and mse still refuses to add this option. I wonder how many people would still be playing this game if only they had listened :/.

It'll take me over 15 antag matches to get antag affinity for cards and idk if anyone else has noticed but I hate the antag system(shocking). I'm not good at pvp but I am forced to play this broken game mode where you need to play with the most try-hard builds to win. Previously you could play 2 friendly antag matches and that was more than enough exp for antag affinity. Now in the current build of the game you have to win and use a booster to get enough exp. I don't mind buying your shitty exp boosters but they don't work unless you win the match and I don't plan on using the sah duh, shepherd, shakura, tolchok, etc scum tactics just to stomp a tier 6 team.

The main reason I rarely play this game anymore is because of antags. Everytime I turn the ps4 on I think to myself "do I really want to give these assholes the satisfaction?". 99% of the time it ends with a no, so I either play something else or just turn off the ps4. These recent patches that added sudden death, aleph drops and new reward system that completely fucked the game are just the icing on the cake.
